Duties / Responsibilities / Areas of Training

Working with a team that help to reduce anti social behaviour in the Pendleton area and making it a better place to live, shop and work. You will spend time with staff who work in small neighbourhoods getting to know the residents.

You will also be working with the team that deals with the payment of rents for the properties residents live in. You will be involved in helping Job them ensure they stay up to date and on top of their rent payments. Description: You will also deal with people who are new residents and are just moving in In both these areas of work you will be dealing with enquiries over the phone, face to face and by e mail, taking accurate messages, ensuring they are passed onto the correct person. You will also be entering information onto spreadsheets and databases, using word and mail merges. You will learn to design spreadsheets, produce reports and write e mails .

As the employer is potentially looking to take someone onto an advanced Qualifications level level 3 apprenticeship then the successful applicant should be able to required: demonstrate good English and Maths communications and ICT abilities Skills and abilities  Ability to stay calm under pressure or when dealing with difficult situations including when residents are unhappy about a circumstance  Some ability to use Microsoft office packages such as word, excel, PowerPoint, access. Though there will be the opportunity to learn more Skills about this. Required:  Ability to enter accurate information on database / spreadsheet

Some experience of working in a customer facing or office setting is an advantage but is not essential.

TERMS & CONDITIONS £4. 40 at 16-17, 5.55 at 18-20. £6.95 21-24, £7.20 at State actual rate per hour or Pay: 25 plus amount per week/month/year

State number of days / weeks per Holidays: 25 days per year year including Bank Holidays

37 Hours per week e.g. Total hours per week / Working Hours: 8.30 – 4.30 Monday to Thursday. Finshing at 4.00 on Pattern / Shifts etc. Friday .
