Do you know what it is that makes you feel alive and complete? It’s OK if you don’t. Life is a process, an evolution of becoming, of walking into our truth and true selves, our Inner Selves. Exploration Exercise: Do you know your Inner Sense of… Safety, identity, power, integrity, possibility, abundance, connection, strength, compassion, self-protection, autonomy, faith…. * As you process areas that resonate with you, write down your responses. * Revisit your thoughts from time to time and notice if they evolve. Goal Exercise: Choose to support your inner self, your passions, and your dreams, with love. Get in touch with ways to support your heart by making goals. Start with identifying the following:

What blocks me? When will I How will I do it? How do I feel? eliminate it? Physical Environment Emotional Environment Mental Environment Spiritual Environment

Next – Setting Goals and making Choices: As you proceed toward your dream, it is important to examine your daily choices and evaluate whether or not they are consistent with your inner self and your heart’s desire. The universe will organize your opportunities, but it is up to you to choose to embrace them. Imagine how you can support your heart’s desires in easy, doable ways. Avoid over-reaching. The table below will help you!

When we do things from love, from our true inner self, we attract the support we need. It is your life. We are a spiritual spark of divinity and are on a journey to home, our truth, our inner selves. Write a letter or manual to yourself: If you could go back in time and give yourself a manual or letter on the day you were born detailing your life up until now, what would you say? What would you tell yourself? How might you positively prepare yourself for your life? What follows is a possible sample format you may want to model for your manual or letter. You can write anything, for it belongs to you. You can remind yourself from birth that you are beautiful, capable, talented, creative, perfect in all ways…state whatever you need to hear and whatever you need to remind yourself of that is needing positive support. We cannot change the past, but we can change how you view the past. No matter what has happened in your lifetime, know that you are beautiful and of Light.

Blessings to you on this very personal, empowering, and liberating journey. This is a very powerful exercise when combined with other techniques Kari offers.

SAMPLE FORMAT TELL EVERYTHING as it was around the issue/situation/trauma.

(Your name), in your lifetime, there will be (a) situation(s) where (detail the situation and/or trauma). (e.g. abuse, death, an accident, loss, divorce, ridicule, relocation, job loss, mistrust, relationship issues, etc.)

When this happens, you will experience these stressors….  You will become…. e.g. overweight,  You will develop…. e.g. diabetes, depression, low-self esteem, fibromyalgia, chronic fatigue, pain…  You will feel…. e.g. depressed, anxious, panic, sad, guilty…  You will think….e.g. you are not worthy, have tremendous guilt, be angry…  From this experience you will….e.g. have many ups and downs. OR This will devastate you.  When this happens….e.g. panic and fear will manifest…whatever it is that you hold onto  It will lead to ….. e.g. panic attacks  Sometimes you will…. e.g. doubt yourself and your own knowingness.

On the day you finish the manual or letter, write something like the following: On (today’s date), complete forgiveness will be present. All areas of non-supportive thoughts and behaviors and (whatever you want)…will be dissolved and you will step into your power of becoming co-creator of your life. You will align yourself with Source energy (or God…whatever feels right), and forgiveness will be such a part of your life that you are a beacon of Light for whatever you want (e.g. for your Inner Self, yourself, your family, your life’s passions and work…). Supportive Reminders: Every time you have an intuitive flash , a hunch, gut feeling, notion, impulse, bright idea, or insight concerning your heart’s desire, your truth, your inner self, write it down. Do not censor, rationalize, or try to intellectually justify your intuitive feelings. Simply realize that the more you pay attention to these guiding insights, the more frequently you will experience this inner guidance. As you evolve in your journey in knowing your inner self, surround yourself with people who believe in you and who are positive. Use your inner knowingness to guide you.
