Miss Lemon Bay Competition 2014 Schedule

 October 14th: o Participation sign–ups and eligibility; first informational meeting. Applications distributed. Room 326 at 2 pm.  October 17th: o Commitment meeting and application deadline Room 326 -2 pm. –Forms must be turned in for approval. o Finalize participant numbers, discuss ad procedures, and hand out receipt books.  October 24th: o Photos immediately after school on LBHS’s campus. Meet in 326. o Escort deadline. NOTE: Escorts must be seniors who meet the same eligibility as you do. If you do not have any eligible escorts in mind, please come see Ms. Leclerc or Ms. Powell , and she will appoint one for you. o Please bring your bio prepared on flash drive or send an electronic copy to Mrs. Powell. Please follow the “Miss Lemon Bay: Biography” form. o If we have more than twelve participants return applications and meet the requirements, there will be a tryout today.  November 7th: o Sponsor fees due. You will need to earn at least $250.00. Please receipt books to Ms. Leclerc. o 5-10 growing-up pictures for the video roast on video, flash, or CD.  November 17th: o Mandatory meeting to go over or prepare cue cards today.  December 1st: o Mandatory meeting 2 pm in 326. Outfit and talent approval on this date or before. Please bring the actual outfit to put on for approval and have your talent/lyrics and a brief outline of your performance ready. Any PowerPoint previews and final music check will also occur today.  December 5th: o Ten tickets sold; money and unsold tickets returned to Ms. Leclerc by the END of the day today.  December 8th and 9th : o Both rehearsals in the auditorium from 2:30 -til. You will be there for a while so bring a snack and something to drink. o December 9th= mandatory escort attendance and administration approval session  December 10th: o Pageant Night. Participants must arrive no later than 6:00 pm and escorts by 6:30. The program begins at 7:00. Good Luck!
