BRIEF TENDER NOTIFICATION

The following are the requirements of the bidder / Contractor / travel agency for supply of A/C and Non A/C Cars to KSPHC Belgaum Division (Hubli Sub-Division).

1. Tender are invited for supply of taxies, Diesel / Petrol Non A/C (Ambassador / Indica / Tata Sumo ) car, including semi-luxury mid-segment cars such as Tata Indigo/ Tata Indigo Manza/ Hyundai Ascent/ Honda City / Ford Fiesta / Chevrolet Tavera from Reputed Travel Agencies who are capable of running a minimum 1 No. of car of above said make, owned by Agency or owned by their associates, with experienced accident free (min 2 years) drivers & who are well versed with roads / locations of Belgaum District. As far as possible agency should not change the particular vehicle and the driver earmarked for the particular officer unless there is a genuine reason. If such instances are very frequent, adversely affecting the transportation facility extended to the officer, the corporation shall take note of the same and suitable penalty will be imposed as deemed fit. 2. Duration of contract – One year from the date of agreement extendable by one more year on mutual agreement. 3. Applications to obtain tender documents shall be submitted on or before the stipulated date with the following documents. a. Satisfactory proof regarding running a minimum of 2 Nos. Diesel / Petrol car of Ambassador / Indica / Tata Sumo Cars and semi-luxury mid-segment cars such as Tata Indigo/ Tata Indigo Manza/ Hundai Ascent/ Honda City / Ford Fiesta / Chevrolet Tavera (i.e. All model of the car should be of the year 2010 and thereafter) by the travel agencies shall be produced. b. Satisfactory proof for ownership of vehicles or undertakings from agency’s associates for Supply of vehicle through the agency.

of 2 c. Satisfactory proof regarding comprehensive insurance coverage to all the vehicles. 4. Intending bidder can contact Executive Engineer KSPHC. Ltd., Belgaum Division, Belgaum to obtain clarifications before submitting the tender.

CALENDAR OF EVENTS

5. The last date for receipt of applications to obtain the tender documents is on 15th March, 2012 upto 5.30pm along with the documents mentioned above. 6. The Eligible agencies will be intimated on 19th March, 2012. 7. Blank tender forms will be issued to eligible agencies from 20th March, 2012 to 21st March, 2012 against payment of tendering charges (non-refundable) in the form of DD for Rs 5,250/- (Rs.5000+5% KST) and EMD of Rs. 10,000/- DD to be drawn in favour of Executive Engineer, KSPHC. Ltd., Belgaum Division, Belgaum 8. The last date for submission of tender documents in a sealed cover duly filled by the eligible agencies will be on 24th March, 2012 upto 4.00 PM. 9. The tender will be opened on 26th March, 2012 at 4.30 pm onwards in the presence of available tenderers or their authorized representatives.
