Demonstrating Unisource

The Unisource Floor Cleaning and Maintenance System offers a tremendous opportunity for Ipax Guangzhou Environmental Technology and the Chinese Market.

Unisource eliminates the need to strip and wax floors. It provides the same appearance and protection of a waxed floor surface without the time and at a lower cost.

Unisource offers a number of significant benefits:

 PRODUCT SAFETY: Unisource offers safety in two ways that cannot be offered in a waxed surface:

1. Safety for those maintaining the floors. Unisource is principally made from pure vegetable soaps and natural pine oils. It contains no harsh chemicals. Therefore protective gloves, masks, and equipment are not needed. Also, the air quality for the workers will be better than if harsh chemicals are used for maintenance. 2. Safety for those using the floors. Unisource does not increase the slipperiness of the floor the way a waxed surface does. This means the floor is safer for all who walk on it.

 HEALTH ISSUES: Floor wax is a potential breeding ground for bacteria. Unisource contains no wax, and does not allow bacteria to live or grow. The recent SARS epidemic has created increased awareness of the dangers of bacteria, and Unisource protects the floor without serving as a breeding ground for bacteria.

 PRODUCT VERSATILITY: Unisource works on all types of flooring surfaces - -ceramic tile, vinyl, marble, terrazzo, wood. The product also works with all types of flooring equipment, d

 REDUCED LABOR COSTS. Unisource saves labor. Since floors do not have to be regularly stripped, Some Unisource users have saved as much as 45% on their floor maintenance labor costs.
