The 2016 Applefest Pageant or the facilities where the pageant will be held is in no way responsible for any accidents or injuries that may occur before, during, or after the pageant or rehearsal.

1. Contestants must be from Stone, Barry, Lawrence, Christian, Taney or Greene counties.

2. Entry fee to be $25.00 NO CASH! Entry fee can be paid by parents or if you choose a sponsor.

3. NO MORE THE 15 CONTESTANTS IN EACH AGE GROUP! Enter early to secure your spot.

4. Dress code: Must be a dress! (Sunday best to fancy) Attire is at the discretion of the contestant, but should be age appropriate and in good taste at all times. Contestants should not wear anything excessively short or revealing. Age appropriate make- up and hair is expected.

5. The winners and runners up will have banners and trophies with their title. Pictures of the winners will be taken immediately after the contest.

6. All winners of each category will win a crown. Winners and runners up will be expected to ride in the parade on Saturday, September 17th.

7. Judging: Knowing someone affiliated with the pageant will have no bearing on pageant results. In all cases, the judges’ decisions will be final! In order to respect the integrity of the pageant, score sheets will NOT be given to contestants or family members. The judges should not be approached by contestants, friends, or family members before, during, or after the pageant. Bad sportsmanship will NOT be tolerated.

8. Conduct: Good conduct and sportsmanship is expected at all time during the pageant. Bad sportsmanship from a contestant, family member, or friend will result in disqualification of the contestant and forfeiture of prizes and awards. Inappropriate language will not be tolerated. No refunds will be given.

9. Entry deadline is Monday, September 12, 2016. NO ENTRIES WILL BE ACCEPTED AFTER THIS!!!!

Rehearsal times are as follows:

Thursday September 15, 2015

0-9 months 6:00 p.m

10-23 months 6:20 p.m.

2-4 years old 6:40 p.m.

15-18 years old 8:00 p.m. The pageant and pageant rehearsal will be on the square in Marionville. IF it happens to rain on either day we will have a rain location. I will let everyone know where that will be closer to time. Thanks.
