Now, 31 therefore, 32 33 Be it resolved by the House of Representatives, the Senate 34 concurring: 35 36 That the General Assembly of the State of South Carolina, by this 37 resolution, congratulates the gridiron Vikings of Emerald High 38 School of Greenwood County on winning the 1998 Class AA state 39 football championship. 40
