Puckett’s Instructional Field Hockey Camps is excited to offer a high school age camp on the turf field at the Fallston Rec. Council. This camp will feature a no frills lots of drills atmosphere that will be conducted by the top coaches in Harford County. If you’re looking to spice up your game and improve your shooting and striking skills this camp is for you. Each day will be devoted to improving stick work, 2 v 1 situations, passing and receiving skills followed by game play. Our camp continues to be directed by Alice Puckett and Debbie Limpert, who together have been running camps and clinics for 15 years. This camp will be staffed by coaches that have played college hockey and have camp experience.

Megan Grant – Fallston High School (Site Director) Megan played at Syracuse University and was selected as a Regional All-American. Still an active hockey enthusiast, she will be sure to impress you with her knowledge and skills. Megan has coached at the high school level for 11 years and has coached in the U.S. Field Hockey Futures Program. Megan won the 2A state championship in her first year as a head coach and won the 1A state championship in 2011 in her 3rd year as the head coach.

Information: The camp fee is $160.00 per player. The camp will be held the week of June 24 – June 28 from 9:00am-12:00pm at the Fallston Rec. Council. This camp is geared for high school players that want to experience the game on a higher level. Playing on the turf will enable players to play at a quicker pace and execute skills at a higher level. This camp will be open to the first 60 field players and 12 goal keepers that enroll.

Registration deadline for camp is June 15th . Cost of camp after June 15th is $180.00

Camp Directors for Puckettt’s Instructional Camps:

Alice Puckett- Alice has coached on the high school level for 28 years. Her accomplishments include 11 state championships, 17 regional titles and 18 county championships! Alice received the prestigious National Federation of Coaches Association Field Hockey Coach of the Year for 2001 and in 2003 she was honored with the National Federation of Coaches National Coach of the Year award. She is the coordinator of Puckett’s Instructional Field Hockey Clinics and the former Varsity Field Hockey coach at Fallston High School. Debbie Limpert- Debbie played on Fallston High School’s first State Championship team while earning all-county and all-metro honors. She played field hockey at Towson University and is currently a teacher at Homestead- Wakefield Elementary School and a personal trainer for athletes of all ages. She was an assistant coach at Fallston High School and has been a site director for Puckett’s Instructional Field Hockey Clinics since its inception.
