Serving the Mission of Hope in Cedar Rapids

The community of St. George provides and serves a meal at the Mission of Hope (1500 block of 1st Ave. SE in Cedar Rapids) on the second Wednesday of each month. Individuals, families and Church organizations are encouraged to be a part of this ministry. Each meal requires: . A hot main dish . two sides (salad and veggies) . dessert . drinks (Kool-Aid, lemonade, milk) . four or five people to help serve (this takes about an hour and a half - 11:30 am-1:00 pm).
