Dashboard Instruction Guide

 This application allows users the ability the view inventory reports and transactions reports.  Data is real time and available 24/7.  All reports are exportable to Excel.  Eagle recommends that users download each report once a month as data is only available for 60 days.  Based on the user logon information, user will now have the choice of location depending on where the supplier’s inventory is being help by Eagle Global Logistics. Select Location: User will have the choice of Adjust Inventory, Shipping Report, QIP Transaction, Inventory Detail, Receiving Report, Receipts, Aged Inventory, Vendor Loads Shipped, and Inventory Report.

Report Types 1. Receipts Report – Report used to see receiving information with individual pallet detail. a. Column headings i. Packing List – Packing list number received against. ii. Status – In-Progress, Received, or Closed. iii. SOI – Vendor or Supplier ID number iv. Expected – Qty expected from either packing list or ASN entered. v. Good – Qty received in good condition. vi. Damaged – Qty received in damaged condition. vii. Short – The Qty difference between what was expected and physically received. viii. Pallets – Number of pallets received. ix. Trailer No – The Trailer number for vehicle delivering freight if provided x. Pro No – The reference number for the inbound carrier if provided xi. Date Received – Date/Time received. xii. Login – Eagle Personnel that completed the receipt. xiii. Comments – Additional comments entered by Eagle personnel.

2. Inventory Report – Report showing real time inventory for all part numbers. a. Column Headings: i. SOI – Vendor or Supplier ID. ii. Part No. – Part Number iii. Desc – The provided description for the viewed part number iv. Rev No – The Lot number provided of the part number v. Qty ATP – Quantity Available to Pull (Not on Quarantine/Hold or Allocated to a previous Dell Order). vi. Qty in QIP – Quantity on Quarantine or Hold. Unavailable to Dell. vii. Qty Allocated – Quantity allocated to an open Dell order. viii. Qty Total – Quantity available, Qip/Hold, and Allocated combined. 3. Receiving Report – Report showing receiving transactions. a. Column Headings: i. SOI – Vendor or Supplier ID. ii. Status – Receiving statuses are In-progress, Received, or Closed. iii. Part No. – Part Number iv. Qty Shipped – Quantity expected based on packing list or ASN submitted. v. Qty Received Good – Quantity received in good condition. vi. Qty Received Damaged – Quantity received in damaged condition. vii. Qty Short – The quantity difference between expected quantity and actual quantity received. viii. Pallets Received – Number of pallets received. ix. Shipment Truck/No – Reference number of trailer that moved shipment x. Packing List No. – Packing list number provided on the ASN. xi. RTN Date Received – Used if shipment is ever received into inventory a second time xii. First Date Received – Date/Time first pallet received. xiii. Last Date Received – Date/Time last pallet received.

b. Receiving Detail – Additional receiving information at a line level. User can double click on the desired line. Column Headings: i. SOI – Vendor or Supplier ID. ii. Packing List No. – Packing List number received against. iii. Part No. – Part Number. iv. MU – Pallet ID assigned by Eagle personnel as a unique identifier. v. Qty Received – Pallet quantity received. vi. Date Received – Date/Time received. vii. Received By – Eagle personnel who received the pallet. 4. Shipping Report - Report used to see shipping transactions. a. Column Headings: i. Order/Packing List No. – Packing List number Lithonia received the shipment against. ii. PO No. - Blanket PO Release Number Lithonia provided on the order. iii. Part No. – Part Number iv. SOI – Vendor or Supplier ID. v. Rev No. – The Rev number assigned to the part number vi. Qty Ship – Quantity shipped. vii. # of Plts – Number of Pallets shipped. viii. # of Ctns – Number of Cartons shipped. ix. Ship Date – Date/Time of the order. x. BOL No. – BOL number assigned to the order. xi. EPOD Close Date – Date/Time the order confirmed received by Lithonia and closed. xii. Delivery Location – Delivery Destination. xiii. Signed for by – Name of receiver 5. Vendor Loads Shipped Report – Report used with additional shipping information. a. Column Headings: i. Pick Ticket – Packing List number ii. Ship To – Delivery Destination. iii. Line No. – Line number on the packing list part number shipped on. iv. Part – Part Number. v. SOI – Vendor or Supplier ID. vi. Rev No. – Rev of assigned Product vii. MU – Pallet ID assigned by Eagle personnel as a unique identifier. viii. Parent MU – Original Pallet ID that carton was picked from. ix. Vendor Pallet MU – Vendor Pallet ID if tracked x. Vendor Carton ID – Vendor Carton ID if tracked xi. Qty – Qty for the MU per line. xii. Date Shipped – Date/Time of the shipment. xiii. Storage Date – Origination date of the Parent MU. 6. Inventory Detail Report – Report used to see inventory for part numbers with current inventory. a. Column Headings: i. Part – Part Number ii. Description – Description set up in the item master. iii. SOI – Vendor or Supplier ID. iv. Rev No. – The Rev associated with the product v. SOI QOH – Quantity on Hand for part number/SOI. vi. SOI QOA – Quantity on Allocation for part number/SOI. vii. SOI QOR – Quantity on Reserver (Qip or Hold) for part number/SOI. viii. SOI ATP – Quantity Available to Pull. ix. Priority – Ship priority x. Avail to Ship – States whether the product is available to ship or not b. Inventory Location – Report used to see actual pallets/MU/storage dates for product in inventory. Double click on the line you are interested in within Inventory Detail. Column Headings: i. Location – Location product resides in within the Eagle SLC. ii. MU – Pallet ID assigned by Eagle personnel as a unique identifier. iii. Vendor Pallet ID – Supplier Pallet ID if tracked iv. Item – Part Number v. Description – Description set up in the item master. vi. SOI – Vendor or Supplier ID. vii. Rev No – The Rev for the product viii. Status – Status of the pallet. Quarantine, Hold, or Available. ix. Qty – Qty per location x. Storage Date – Origination Date/Time of the pallet. xi. Age – Number of days in inventory. xii. SOI/Rev QOH – Quantity on hand for part number/SOI xiii. SOI/Rev QOA – Quantity on allocation for part number/SOI xiv. SOI/Rev QOR – Quantity on QIP/Hold for part number/SOI xv. SOI/Rev ATP – Quantity available to Dell for part number/SOI xvi. Priority – product priority xvii. Avail to ship – Availability of product to ship

7. Adjust Inventory Report – Report used to see adjustments performed by the Eagle SLC. a. Column Headings: i. Timestamp – Date/Time adjusted was performed by Eagle SLC. ii. Reason – Reason why SLC completed the adjustment. iii. Location – Location within the SLC product was adjusted from or into. iv. MU – Pallet ID assigned by Eagle personnel that was adjusted out. v. Item – Part Number. vi. SOI – Vendor or Supplier ID. vii. Lot – Rev of material viii. Quantity – Quantity adjusted. Product adjusted out of inventory will have a “-“ prefix. 8. Aged Inventory Report – Report used to see a complete suppliers inventory and number of days specific pallets have been in inventory. a. Column Headings: i. Location – Location pallet resides in within the Eagle SLC. ii. Pallet/MU No. – Pallet ID assigned by Eagle personnel as a unique identifier. iii. Part No. – Part Number iv. Description – Description set up in the item master. v. SOI – Vendor or Supplier ID. vi. Rev No. – Rev of product vii. Status – Status of the pallet. Quarantine, Hold, or Available. viii. Qty – Pallet quantity. ix. Date Received – Origination Date/Time of specific pallet. x. Age – Number of days in inventory. 9. Qip Transaction Report – Report used to view Qip/Hold transactions history of specific pallets. a. Column Headings: i. Location – Location pallet resides in within the Eagle SLC. ii. Packing List # - Packing list number the pallet was received against. Packing list number will only be present if pallet was put on Qip at the time of receipt. iii. MU – Pallet ID assigned by Eagle personnel as a unique identifier. iv. Item – Part Number v. Description – Description set up in the item master. vi. SOI – Vendor or Supplier ID. vii. Rev No – Rev of product viii. Status – Status of the pallet. Qip, Hold, Qip/Hold, Available. ix. Quantity – Quantity of the pallet. x. Reason – Reason enters when changing the status of the pallet. xi. Pallet ID – Supplier Pallet ID if tracked xii. Timestamp – Date/Time the status change was completed.

Sorting – All Dashboard Reports allow user to sort columns. By clicking on the column headings once, report will sort by that column ascending. By clicking on the column heading twice, report will sort by that column descending.

Filtering – At the bottom of each report, filtering criteria is available to limit the information being displayed. The below fields must be entering before applying the filters. 1. Field – Column headings from the Drop Down menu. 2. Operator – Must select greater than (>), less than (<), equal to (=), etc. based on the return you are expecting. User also have the option of selecting “Like”, however a wildcard “%” must be used in the Criteria field. 3. Criteria – Information should be entered based on the expected return. 4. Conjunction - Information will automatically fill in when applying more than one set of criteria. 5. Select “Add Filter” 6. Complete steps 1 – 5 until all filter criteria are added. 7. Select “Apply Filters” to display report with only the criteria you have added. Exporting to Excel 1. Exporting Excel - User can Export all Dashboard Reports to Excel. a. Select the Export to Excel button

Select Save and document will saved in desired folder.

Eagle recommends the users save their Dashboard Reports between 30 and 60 days as Order information on the log will only be displayed for 60 days.
