Job Description Youth Projects Coordinator REPORTS TO: Youth Projects Coordinator DATE: 21.10.14 DEPARTMENT: Youth LOCATION: Central Office, Wallington PURPOSE OF THIS POSITION:

To coordinate the Fearless youth programme including delivery of national and regional activity. This will include managing the Fearless online platform, supporting the Business Development Team in securing new funding opportunities and contributing to regular campaigning activity in particular delivery of our training programme.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

 To coordinate and deliver the Fearless.org ‘Train the Trainer’ programme to practitioners working with young people.

 To support the Youth Projects Assistant with the daily management of the Fearless website and associated social networking platforms.

 To work closely with the Regional team in supporting Fearless campaign activity.

 Contribute towards partnership proposals and stakeholder meetings working with Business Development team and Youth Projects Assistant.

 Provide updates and reports for the Executive Management Team, Advisory Board and Trustees.

 Contribute towards project management including project briefs, project initiation documents, creative briefs and feedback on external proposals and campaign plans.

 Contribute towards providing communication updates for Fearless including content for the monthly Fearless Lowdown and bi annually Connect Magazine.

 To monitor department budget ensuring financial accuracy and compliance.
