State Office of Risk Management (SORM) Video Library

Every safety video may help build your safety culture in your agency or division. Library materials are available for loan to State of Colorado agencies only. To better assist you in your selection, each video has been categorized by the general subject matter. Note that some videos are applicable to multiple subject matters. The format of the videos is represented by DVD or VHS. Most videos are less than 20 minutes.

You may borrow up to five (5) videos for any two (2) week period. To request a video, send an email to [email protected] stating the video title, the name and ship-to address, date needed, and the requestor’s name and phone number. Postage out is paid by SORM. The return postage is the responsibility of the requestor’s agency/division. If the VHS or DVD is damaged or lost, the responsible party will be charged for the full replacement cost at the current vendor’s price, plus taxes, shipping and handling. For this reason, you may want to purchase additional mail insurance coverage. Videos typically cost $400-$500 each.
