J Grantham, Associate Pastor God & Country Sanctuary Services with Alyssa Edwards Sunday, June 28 Alyssa is a native Texan. She and Dominick Edwards met as cadets at the US Military Academy at West Point, NY. They married the day after graduation in 1995 and were commissioned as 2LTs in the US Army. She served in the Adjutant General Corps and resigned her commission in 2000. Since then she has been a full time mom working part time jobs including Small Groups Ministry Coordinator for Wynnton from 2005-2007. They have been married 25 years while serving in the military. Dom served multiple deployments to Iraq and Afghanistan. Alyssa served as Family Readiness Group Leader and Senior Advisor. She mentored and supported families through deployments and in many cases through the loss of their h c G r 4 soldier family members. 7 New Series in The Link June 28 - July 19 W W P C ( W Everyone loves a superhero. Many of us would like to be one. If you grew up reading comic books like I did, then the last 15 years or so have been a wonderful time of seeing your favorite heroes brought to life on the big screen. This summer, we are going to have some fun in The Link service considering the common themes between superheroes of today and the heroes we all love from the Bible.
