Supporting Student Activities Campus tours, scavenger hunts, speakers, open houses, "Where do you go" assignment.

Indicator(s) On a quiz, students will identify at least two campus resources including their function, location, and uses.

Implementation Process What: quiz How: Four sections of DS107 across the three campuses (one from TP, one from G, and two from R) will participate in a pilot in the spring 2006 semester. Who grades: The instructors will grade after agreeing on the criteria for acceptable responses.

Student Learning Outcome Students will learn basic time management skills including how to balance school, family, work, and personal responsibilities.

Supporting Student Activities Surveys and questionnaires, videos, lecture Indicator(s) On a quiz, students will identify 3 time management techniques and how they would apply each strategy to improve their management of time. Implementation Process What: quiz How: Four sections of DS107 across the three campuses (one from TP, one from G, and two from R) will participate in a pilot in the spring 2006 semester. Who grades: Instructors will meet to discuss criteria to be used in evaluating the time grid and analysis.
