[1251] 2 1 2 Whereas, the State and political subdivisions of the State, the 3 public, and public policy makers must be well informed of the 4 underlying harmful implications of implementation of United 5 Nations Agenda 21’s destructive strategies for “sustainable 6 development” and the dangerous intent of this development plan; 7 and 8 9 Whereas, the State and the political subdivisions of the State are 10 not legally bound by the United Nations Agenda 21 treaty in that it 11 has never been endorsed by the United States Senate. Now, 12 therefore, 13 14 Be it resolved by the Senate, the House of Representatives 15 concurring: 16 17 That the members of the South Carolina General Assembly, by this 18 resolution, recognize the destructive and insidious nature of United 19 Nations Agenda 21 and reject its radical policies and any grant 20 monies attached to it. 21 22 Be it further resolved that a copy of this resolution be forwarded to 23 each member of the South Carolina Congressional Legislative 24 Delegation. 25 XX 26
