1. Call to order

Chair George Bousley called the meeting to order at 1:15 p.m.

Motion (Martens/Walker) to approve agenda. Motion carried.

Motion (Behnke/Casper) to approve minutes of February 2, 2011. Motion carried.

5. Closed Session

Motion (Martens/Guarisco) to enter Closed Session per Wisconsin Statute 19.85 (1)(f) considering financial, medical, social or personal histories or disciplinary data of specific persons, preliminary consideration of specific personnel problems or the investigation of charges against specific persons except where par. (b) applies which, if discussed in public, would be likely to have a substantial adverse effect upon the reputation of any person referred to in such histories or data, or involved in such problems or investigations: to wit, County Administrator. Motion (Martens/Walker) to enter Open Session per Wisconsin Statute 19.85 (2) at 2:04 p.m. Motion carried.

7. Executive Coordinator Position Description

Motion (Martens/Behnke) to recommend the County Administrator and Human Resources Director work together to draft an Executive Coordinator position description. Motion carried.

Supervisor Russ Bousley excused at 2:27 p.m.

8. Re-evaluation of Executive Coordinator Position

No discussion.

9. Adjournment

Motion (Guarisco/Martens) to adjourn at 2:33 p.m.
