Operational Capacity Notice, Statement and Schedule

This section describes the exchange format for data relating to the Operational Capacity Notice, in short referred to as "ACO”, to the Operational Capacity Statement, in short referred to as "BCO” and to the Operational Capacity Schedule, in short referred to as "PCO”.

1. FILE DEFINITION

The Operational Capacity Schedule provides a customized Maintenance Schedule per transmission contract. It presents the restriction rates impacts on the Capacity possessed by the shipper. It deals with the same period as the Maintenance Schedule, meaning from D to D+365. For each contractual point/direction, the last received Transmission Requests are indicated. Thus, the contractual points where the next subscription control might cut of the nominations, are identified.

The Operational Capacity Notice and Statement complete the Operational Capacity Schedule with a view of these data for the current and past Gas days: - The Operational Capacity Notice is published for one Gas day, at the end of each cycle of nominations process.

- The Operational Capacity Statement is published for a month, once a day at the end of the Gas day.

The Notice and Statement contain as well the Use-It-Or-Lose-It acquired Capacities, during the cycles of nominations processes.

3. FILE NAME AND FORMAT

The file is published in the CSV and XML formats. The ACO will be named according to the following rule:

4. FILE DESCRIPTION

4.1. CSV format

The tables presented in this section contain the following columns:  No.: No. of field in the line

 Name: description of field content

 Type: type of field

 Length

 Unit

 Format: Data format.

 Compulsory: determines whether the field is mandatory or not; if not, the field is kept empty.

 Value: type of values specific to the data or example(s) of values.

 Comment: additional information.

In the following tables, the types of values are as follows:  N: numeric

 X, AN: alphanumeric

 D: date

 H: time

 E: 1-character enumeration.

The length is given within brackets where applicable:  X(n) is a sequence of n alphanumeric characters,

 9(n) is a sequence of n numeric characters,

 S9(n) is a numeric sequence with sign + or -.

The decimal separator is a dot.
