7. Discuss removal of Don Graham nuisance property immediately–does Jerry have suitable housing for Donnie to move into?; Review/Approve Resolution #2 ordering the house and garage located at 439 F Street to be demolished.

9. Per City Attorney Stehlik Jeff Gaston signed QC Deed for 1138 G Street property over to the City & has been filed at Courthouse.
10. Review/Approve Request #1 for NPPD Invoice #1 for $14,015.00 and Application for Payment #1 on the Pawnee City Assisted Living Project for $91,790.60 to AHRS Construction, Inc. for a total of $105,805.60
11. Approve Ordinance 942 Amending 10-402 Alcoholic Beverages; Hours of Sale from 1:00 a.m. to 2:00 a.m. on first reading.(needs motion) Needs another motion if wanting to Suspend the Three Readings.
12. Approve Appointment of Laurie Smyth (through 2019) and F. Jon Howard (through 2022) to serve as Commissioners for the Housing Authority (need motion)
13. A Report and update from Foreman Johnson: Items for discussion are: *Discuss updates on Pool Chlorinator repairs *Updates to Assisted Living Project – Next Construction Meeting July 27th
