The objective of the exhibition:  development of intersectoral, interregional and international cooperation of high-tech enterprises, scientific organizations and institutions of higher education for implementation of the State strategy of the Arctic, Siberia and the Far East development;  demonstration of import-substituting machinery, equipment and technologies for the Arctic and remote regions of the Russian Federation;  discussion of problems and making suggestions on intensive use of science achievements and innovations in the Arctic and Asian parts of Russia

Structure of the exhibition :  Business programme consists of the plenary sessions, conferences, round table discussions, panel discussions with participation of the State authority bodies representatives.  Exhibition programme includes individual stands of the Exhibitors and group stands of countries, regions, professional and scientific organizations.

Subject matter of the exhibition:  machinery and technologies for reliable operation of industrial and social infrastructure in the Arctic and adjacent areas;

 machinery and technologies for the protection of resources and transport routes, border security of the Arctic coastal zone, Siberia and the Far East ;  vehicles for coastal defense troops and special units in border areas;  multi-role unmanned systems and devices;  satellite systems, search, intelligence and surveillance aids;  systems of communication and control , processing, transmission and protection of information;  wheeled, tracked and amphibious equipment for remote areas;  engineering and special- purpose vehicles, safety equipment;  logistics centers;  means and systems to ensure national security and counter-terrorism; industrial, environmental, fire and transport security;  means of prevention and elimination of emergencies consequences;  power supply and energy saving technologies in industrial and social infrastructure of remote regions;  geological exploration, digital cartography, equipment and technologies to develop hard-to-reach mineral reserves in remote regions;  engineering and petrochemical industries technologies;  special clothes and footwear, means of individual and collective protection for the Arctic region and adjacent areas;  food stuff for remote areas with low temperature conditions;  system of training and re-training of professional staff, scientific and technical literature and information.

The exhibition will be attended by:  the developers and manufacturers of high-tech products;  manufacturers and developers of new materials, high-performance equipment and technologies;  management and key personnel of Russian organizations of the backbone economy branches;  inventors and young scientists - developers of high performance and new technologies;  representatives of the Government of the Russian Federation, State Duma and the Federation Council of the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation, federal and regional authorities, scientific organizations and higher education institutions;  representatives of foreign countries. Exhibition venue : Exhibition “VTTA-Omsk-2015” will be located on the area of 7000 sq.m. in the exhibition pavilion and on the 10000 sq.m. of outdoor area of the regional Expocenter (70 Let Oktyabrya, bldg.25/2). Business programme will take place in the Congress hall of the regional Expocenter.

Time frame of the exhibition “VTTA-Omsk-2015”: October 7-8, 2015 Opening hours: For Exhibitors: 9 a.m. - 6.30 pm from 7th (Wednesday) till 8th October (Thursday) ; For specialists and visitors: 10 a.m. – 6 p.m from 7th (Wednesday) till 8th October (Thursday).

Display assembling :  assembling of large-size exhibits in the exhibition pavilion: October 4-5, 2015 from 9 a.m. till 7p.m.; additional installation time from 9 a.m. till 6 p.m., October 2-3, 2015 for the Exhibitors, assembling stands on their own according to the individual planning, is available on the Exhibitor's application for a fee;  arrangement of exhibits on the open area: October 4-5, 2015, from 9 a.m. till 7 p.m.  arrival of Exhibitors, arrangement of stands on the 6th of October from 9 a.m. till 7 p.m.; Protection of equipment and exhibits during the assembly and dismantling is carried out by the Exhibitor. The Exhibitor is responsible for the equipment of their stand. Assembly and dismantling of the exhibits is performed by the Exhibitor. The packing material should be removed or deposited at the warehouse.

Dismantling of the display : October 8, 2015 from 7 p.m. till 9 p.m. October 9-10, 2015 from 9 a.m. till 7 p.m. Regulations for preparation and holding of the exhibition: Deadline for applications is not later than September 15, 2015 The final date of full payment is not later than September 20, 2015

II. FORMS OF PARTICIPATION IN THE EXHIBITION

Here and hereinafter in the Conditions of participation the term “Exhibitor” means a legal entity representing the exhibits or advertising materials at the exhibition or advertising space in the pavilion or outside the pavilion, acknowledging the Conditions of participation, having signed a contract and made full payment of the registration fee to the Operator as well as the cost of placement of the information in the official catalog, ordered exhibition and (or) advertising space, equipment and other services Exhibitors are divided into three categories:  Russian and foreign Exhibitors  Omsk Exhibitors  Group stands of enterprises and organizations.

Primary documents at the “VTTA-Omsk-2015”: Primary documents for participation in the exhibition are: • Conditions of participation • Application • Contract, Annexes to the Contract (Annexes No. 1-10) Completed and signed application form and Annexes are sent to the Operator by e-mail or fax. When Operator receives the application, the applicant is registered as an Exhibitor and sends the contract and invoice for participation in the exhibition. By presentation the signed application and Contract for participation in the exhibition the Exhibitor agrees to the present Conditions of participation.

Participation with a stand: Participation with a stand is presentation by the legal entity (individual entrepreneur) as the main Exhibitor or a co-exhibitor of exhibits at the rented exhibition space in the pavilion or on the open area next to the exhibition pavilion. When several Exhibitors are located on the one stand, one of them by agreement between the Exhibitors is considered to be the main Exhibitor and all others - co-exhibitors. Co-exhibitors are companies and organizations forming part of corporations, holdings and other associations of enterprises representing the exhibits and information materials at the exhibition area of the main Exhibitors as well as the enterprises which products or any information about them are available on the stand, without participation of the representatives of the enterprise. Group stands of foreign or regional Exhibitors from one country or region having one organizer are registered and documented by the Operator as national or regional displays. The organizer of national or regional display acts as the main Exhibitor and represents the interests of these companies in terms of presentation of the exhibition area. The Exhibitor of the national or regional display can independently provide information to the official exhibition catalog. Registration will be made upon receipt of the registration fee. Responsibility for the company profile in the catalogue shall be borne by the organizer of a national or regional display. Russian state-owned corporations, companies, national and regional displays have priority in the allocation of exhibition space. The list of co-exhibitors is submitted to the Operator by the main Exhibitor in the application form (Annex No. 6) till September 15, 2015. The Exhibitor registered as the main Exhibitor is responsible before the Operator for the payments of the co-exhibitors and damages caused by the co-exhibitor. Each Co- exhibitor must pay registration fee for participation. Registration fee for the co-exhibitor can be paid by the main Exhibitor. Remote participation : In case of remote participation, the Operator is obliged to place the samples, brochures, information sheets, business proposals and not more than one advertisement poster, sent to the address of the Operator, on the special stand " Remote participation". Information about the company, provided in the Annex No. 1 to the application form are printed in the exhibition catalogue (900 letters in any language, including punctuation marks and spaces, excluding the address and contact information, Annex No. 1). At the end of the exhibition one copy of the catalog will be sent to the Exhibitor. Business-visit (business delegations): Exhibition space is not provided. Representatives of the companies not participating in the exhibition with a stand (or virtually) are offered a package of services "Business visitor" (business delegation), with a possibility of attending events held in the territory of the regional Expocenter (except events, which require a special invitation). The package for one person includes: name badge (pass) for the entire period of the exhibition, hotel booking, transfer "hotel - exhibition pavilion - hotel", participation in the evening reception for the Exhibitors, one copy of the official catalog, inclusion of the enterprise into the list of business delegations to "VTTA-Omsk-2015".

III. EXHIBITION AREAS

Direct participation in the exhibition suggests the following forms:  on the standard stand;  on the stand of individual planning (raw space);  on the outside area.

Planning of the Exhibitors’ stands arrangement at the stage of conclusion of the contract is proximate. The Operator reserves the right to change the arrangement of the Exhibitors’ stands. Arrangement of the Exhibitors’ stands in the pavilion is made in accordance with the plan of the exhibition as well as available areas. When providing exhibition areas with improved visibility (row, corner, peninsula or island stands, two-storey stands) the price for the exhibition area increases (see the Application). The Exhibitor may not transfer the rented exhibition area or a part of the to the third parties for payment or for free as well as exchange the rented stand with the other Exhibitor without the written consent of the Operator. Exhibition area is given to the Exhibitor from the first day of assembling till the last day of dismantling. Exhibitors are required to vacate the area in the pavilion not later than at 8 p.m. October 10, 2015. Exhibit areas paid but not occupied by the Exhibitor within 12 hours before the exhibition opening shall be considered free. The Operator is entitled to dispose of them at own discretion. In such a case financial assets will not be returned.

Standard stand: The minimum size of the ordered standard stand is 6 sq.m. Size of standard exhibition panels: height -2,5 m, width - 1 m, Sodem Systems design. Standard-equipped exhibition area includes:  Carpeting  Fascia board with the Exhibitor name (without logo, inscription - up to 15 letters, each following letter for additional payment)  Electrical socket 220 V – 1pc.  Table – 1pc.  Chair – 2 pcs. For additional fee the Exhibitor has the right to rent additional equipment presented in the list of additional services by filling in the Annex No. 2. Construction of standard stands can be performed only by the Operator of the exhibition.

Stand of individual planning : The Operator admits construction of non-standard and exclusive stands of individual planning. In such case the Exhibitor applies for the rent of the raw space. The minimum area for construction is 12 sq.m. Non-standard construction can be performed by the Exhibitor with the assistance of the Operator or the developer. In the case of self-construction or with the involvement of the developer the Exhibitor has to obtain the permit for the stand registration at the Operator’s technical service (conditions, cost of services, contact persons will be provided additionally upon request). Information about the developer must be provided to the Operator before July 1, 2015. During the construction of two-storey stand an additional fee of 50% of the rent is charged for the exhibition area occupied by the stand. The stand design and second floor should not go beyond the boundaries of the exhibition area. The maximum allowed height of stands including additional constructions is 9.0 meters. All the suspended structures must be agreed with the Operator’s technical service on the basis of the technical capabilities of the pavilion. All high-altitude works must be carried out by experts having special permissions and qualifications. When developing the project of the stand it should be noted that technical hatches and water supply connection points can be located at a considerable distance from the stand or be located in the exhibition areas, occupied by other Exhibitors, which requires additional coordination with the developers. If it is found impossible to lay water and sewer pipes without disturbing the neighboring stands and without written agreement the Exhibitor may not receive the present service. Operator’s employees requirements regarding the overall management of the works, meeting deadlines of assembly / dismantling, compliance with fire safety rules, electrical works regulations, technical standards and other requirements specified by the present Conditions of participation are binding for employees and construction personnel of the Exhibitor. The Operator and the authorized persons lay all claims for the actions of construction workers to the Exhibitor. The Exhibitor independently settles the claims with the developer. If the rules and restrictions will not be obeyed, the Exhibitor may not be allowed to occupy the stand. Previously paid monetary assets under the contract of participation are not returned at the rate of fixed penalty for non-participation. When ordering exhibition area of the corner, peninsula and island configuration the construction of solid walls on the open sides of the stand without the consent of the Operator is not allowed. At the end of the exhibition the Exhibitor is obliged to submit to the Operator the rented area and equipment in the same condition in which it was received. Otherwise, the damage is compensated by the Exhibitor. Dismantling and disposal of the stand of individual planning are performed by the Exhibitor or by the Operator for additional payment. During conclusion of a contract for the stand of individual planning with the Operator it is necessary to provide technical design specification by June 1, 2015. Based on the technical design specification, model of the stand is created, which is approved by the Exhibitor. After its approval and consideration of estimates, development agreement is concluded and payments are made according to the account.

Outdoor area: The Exhibitors have the opportunity to put the exhibits on the open area adjacent to the exhibition pavilion. Places for putting the exhibits are defined by the Operator. Depending on the location, if technically possible, the power can be supplied to the exhibits. By way of exception, at the discretion of the Operator, it is possible to use the outdoor exhibition area for construction after performing technical control of the project documentation. Light pavilions and canopies will be located in places that do not violate the general display plan. The outdoor area allows representing all types of machinery and equipment. However, please note that the outdoor area has an asphalt surface, so the caterpillar and other equipment, which can damage the asphalt, should be placed on a wooden platform. The Operator is ready to consider the wishes of the Exhibitors to demonstrate running, maneuvering and other qualities of the exhibits and create a demonstration program for the specialists. Preferences for demonstration of machinery and equipment will be accepted until May 1, 2015. Responsibility for the consequences of violation of security measures rests entirely with the Exhibitor. Placement of exhibits, informational and promotional materials is permitted only within the rented exhibition or advertising area.

IV. REGISTRATION

Registration of the Exhibitors Registration of the Exhibitors starts on October 4, 2015 at 2 p.m. at the “Information” stand in the exhibition pavilion, at the address: 70 Let Oktyabrya, bldg.25/2. Registration finishes on October 6, 2015 at 5 p.m. For registration the representative of the Exhibitor must have:  the original of the contract and all the necessary annexes, signed and affixed with a seal of the Exhibitor for transfer to the Operator  copies of payment orders confirming the payment for the rented area and services  copies of insurance policies in accordance with i. XVII of the Conditions of participation  the original of the power of attorney in the name of the representative of the Exhibitor who is entitled to sign financial documents and (or) execution of orders, receive badges (passes), catalog, and show bag of the Exhibitor.  identification documents of the representative of the Exhibitor.

Registration of Business-visitors (Business-delegations) Registration of the Business-visitors starts on October 7, 2015 at 9 a.m. at the “Information” stand in the exhibition pavilion, at the address: 70 Let Oktyabrya, bldg.25/2. For registration a Business-visitor must have:  copies of payment orders confirming the payment for the rented services  identification documents of a Business-visitor  the original of the power of attorney to get the show bag of a Business-visitor. Registration of the Business-delegations starts on October 6, 2015 at 10 a.m. at the “Information” stand in the exhibition pavilion, at the address: 70 Let Oktyabrya, bldg.25/2. Registration of the Business- delegations is performed by the Head of the delegation or a representative of the host party with the same list of documents. Registration of Business-delegations finishes on October 7, 2015 at 10 a.m.

Mass media registration Mass media registration starts on October 7, 2015 at 10 a.m. at the Press Center of the exhibition pavilion. For registration a mass media representative must have:  confirmation of accreditation  press card  identification document.

V. BADGES FOR THE EXHIBITOR’S STAFF, INVITATIONS AND PASSES Badges for the Exhibitor’s staff Badges (passes) for the Exhibitor’s staff, included in the cost of the exhibition are are issued on the basis of:  two badges (passes) for every 6 sq.m. of the paid exhibition area in the pavilion (rounded upwards to the whole number)  two badges (passes) for every 9 sq.m. of the paid open area. Badges are made without the personal data. Badges for the staff of the Exhibitor are passes to the exhibition and are valid the whole period of the exhibition including assembling and dismantling days. Extra badges are issued for additional payment.

Invitations to the exhibition To invite partners and guests the Exhibitors receive invitations from the Operator on the basis of:  one invitation per 1 sq.m. of the paid indoor exhibition area  one invitation per every 3 sq.m. of the paid open exhibition area. The invitation is issued at the Operator's office or sent by mail to the address of the Exhibitor after the payment of the entire amount of the contract, but not earlier than May 1, 2015. The invitation gives the right for a one-time visit at any day of the exhibition.

Invitations to the reception to mark the opening of the exhibition Invitations to the reception to mark the opening of the exhibition are issued on the basis of:  two invitations for one paid registration fee. Additional invitation costs 2500 rubles.

Passes for vehicles Assembly passes for entry of vehicles to the exhibition during the assembly and dismantling period are issued at the “Information” stand in the exhibition pavilion during the registration. The Exhibitor can get a special stamp on the pass for vehicles, permitting removal of exhibits and equipment at the “Information” stand after the end of display and settlement of all financial and other issues with the Operator. Entry into the territory of the exhibition pavilion and open area in the days of the exhibition is not permitted. Parking spaces are located at the Congress hall of the regional Expocenter exhibition and outside the display fence on the open area. The entrance to the parking area in the days of the exhibition is allowed by pass. Passes are ordered by filling the Annex No. 4 and issued during registration. Parking of the Exhibitor’s trucks at the open area near the exhibition pavilion is not provided.

VI. CONTRACT

Upon request of the Exhibitor, the Conditions of participation shall be sent to them. The Exhibitor sends filled application form for participation in the “VTTA-Omsk-2015” and the Annexes by fax or e-mail to the Operator. Based on the submitted application and other annexes a service contract is executed contract the Exhibitor and the Operator. The contract is a written obligation of the Exhibitor and the Operator to comply with the present Conditions of participation, to provide the Exhibitor the relevant services, also the contract is a basis for mutual settlements. The list of co-exhibitors is indicated in the contract with the main Exhibitor. The draft of the contract is sent by fax or e-mail to the Exhibitors for consideration. The time for the draft consideration is not more than 20 calendar days from the date of signing by the Operator. A signed and bearing the stamp of the Exhibitor copy of the contract is sent to the Operator by fax or e-mail till September 15, 2015. The Exhibitor hands over the original signed copy of the contract and the annexes during the registration immediately before the opening of the exhibition. At the same time sending of the signed contract by fax or e-mail is obligatory and facsimile or transmitted via e-mail copy of the contract is legally binding prior to the exchange the originals. Ordering by the Exhibitor of additional exhibition areas and (or) services, as well as any changes that affect the total amount of the contract are documented as additional agreements to the contract. Based on the results of the works performed the Operator and the Exhibitor within one day sign the Delivery and acceptance certificate and other documents related to the calculation of the contractual relationships while participating in the exhibition “VTTA-Omsk-2015”.

VII. COST OF PARTICIPATION AND PAYMENTS TERMS

Cost of participation includes:  Registration fee  Placement of information about the Exhibitor in the official catalog  Ordered exhibition area  Construction of an exhibition stand  Ordered additional equipment and services. All prices include VAT at the rate of 18%. Payment of the registration fee and payment for placing of information about the Exhibitor in the official catalog of the exhibition are mandatory payments for all Exhibitors. Exhibition areas rental cost:  1sq.m. of raw space in the pavilion (min. 12 sq.m) 3000 rubles  1 sq.m. of open area in front of the pavilion 1000 rubles  1 sq.m. of equipped space in the pavilion (min 6 m) 6000 rubles Additional payment for the stand, raw space: corner stand 10%, peninsula stand — 15%, island stand - 30% of the cost of the stand. The cost of equipment rent and services is listed in the annexes to the Conditions of participation. Co-Exhibitors pay a registration fee, placement of information about the Exhibitor in the official catalog, as well as ordered additional equipment and services. In the event of a significant increase in the price index (more than 10%), as well as change of the official euro exchange rate against the Russian ruble by more than 10% over the last six months before the exhibition, the Operator reserves the right to revise the financial terms of areas and equipment rent and services provision during the exhibition, but not later than June 7, 2015. Changes in the financial conditions are documented by additional agreement. If the Exhibitor refuses to pay the difference in price, the contract is considered to be terminated, the previously received monetary funds are returned to the Exhibitor in accordance with section “failure to fulfill obligations and responsibilities” depending on the date of receipt of the official refusal. The Operator conducts provision of exhibition areas, stand construction, placement of advertising materials on the stand of virtual participation, placement of information in the official exhibition catalog and information on the advertising spaces as well as the production of badges and provision of other only after receipt of full payment by the invoice. Partly paid services are not available. Services are provided only up to the amount paid by the Exhibitor in accordance with the list of ordered services under the contract.

Registration fee The registration fee for Russian and foreign Exhibitors is 11 500 rubles, for Exhibitors from Omsk is 10 000 rubles, for co-exhibitors of the group stands is 7000 rubles. Registration fee includes:  organizational costs  costs for the advertising campaign of the exhibition  costs for the general protection of the territory and the outer perimeter of the pavilion, providing of access control to the territory of the exhibition hall  cost of materials for the Exhibitor  costs for publication of the official exhibition catalog and one copy of the printed catalog  participation in the official events of the business programme  ensuring public order and fire safety  general insurance of the exhibition  placement of the Exhibitor name on the site of the exhibition  hotel booking  transfer "hotel and exhibition pavilion-hotel"  costs for meeting at the airport and at the railway station and transfer to hotel  participation of two representatives in the reception to mark the opening of the exhibition  sightseeing tour of the city.

Payment of rent of exhibition area Rent of the exhibition area includes:  payment for the use of the exhibition area during the planned installation, display operation and the planned dismantling  cost of protection of the pavilion at night during the exhibition  cost of total electric lighting, heating, ventilation of indoor exhibition area  cost of electricity consumption up to 2 kW consumed by the exhibits and equipment  attendance of one administrator in the pavilion  guards attendance in the pavilion  attendance of technical staff (electrician, plumber, ventilation specialist, medical aid post staff)  total cost of cleaning the total exhibition territory, aisles in the pavilion and on the open area (except for the area of the stands, cleaning of the stands is carried out by the Exhibitors at their own expense)  cost of waste disposal, small construction wastes from special places during the installation, exhibition operation and dismantling of the exhibition  WiFi Internet access for the registered Exhibitors in the exhibition pavilion  cloak room.

Additional services In order to represent the Exhibitor in a better way and to create optimal conditions for the staff and the visitors the Operator offers for a fee a wide range of additional services:

 providing room for negotiation (workplace) at the Center of business contacts  placement of advertising materials in the show nags of the Exhibitors, on the stand “Information” and in the press center of the exhibition  placement of banners, billboards within the exhibition area  radio announcement of the planned activities within the territory of the exhibition and on the Exhibitors' stands and other advertising information of the Exhibitors  cleaning of the stands  engineering services  forwarding services  temporary staff  conference halls, audio and visual presentation equipment  overtime use of the area  demonstration and competition programs  catering  warehousing services

Conditions of payment On the basis of the concluded contract the Operator issued an invoice to the Exhibitor for the rented area and (or) services. The invoice is issued for the total amount of services under the contract or supplementary agreement to the contract. Payment can be made by the Exhibitor at a time or in two stages:  Stage 1 - payment of the registration fee and the cost of placing the information in the catalog in full and at least 30% of the price of the exhibition area and services under the contract and additional agreements - within one month from the date of signing of the contract by both parties (but not later than September 20, 2015)  Stage 2 - final payment under the contract and additional agreements - until September 20, 2015. The operator is entitled to provide the Exhibitor with discounts on rental of exhibition area. In order to support small and medium-sized businesses, as well as for the group national and regional stands there are reduced prices for participation in the exhibition:  1sq.m. of raw space in the pavilion (min. 12 sq.m.) 2400 rubles  1 sq.m. of open area in front of the pavilion 800 rubles  1 sq.m. of equipped space in the pavilion (min 6 m) 4800 rubles

Area of the group stands is paid in accordance with a base price with no extra charge for the configuration of the stand (i.e. for the number of open sides, except for the two-storey structures). Prices of facilities and services are increased by 100% if you apply for additional facilities, equipment and services on September 15 – October 1, 2015. If you apply after October 1, 2015 all prices are increased by 150%. In this case you should pay bills within 2 bank working days and send copies of payment orders to the Operator. All payments under the contract are made by transferring monetary funds of the Exhibitor to the account of the Operator. Banking fees and other charges for the transfer of funds are paid by the Exhibitors at their own expense. Prices for the Russian Exhibitors for the exhibition areas and additional services are stated in Russian roubles. Settlements with the foreign Exhibitors who do not have a representative office or branch in the territory of Russia, are conducted in Euros or dollars (depending on the country) and with those who have representative offices or branches in Russia settlements may be made in Russian rubles, unless otherwise provided by Russian law.

VIII. FAILURE TO FULFILL OBLIGATIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Violation of the payment terms by the Exhibitor under the contract, according to "Cost of participation and payment terms" entails the penalty payment to the Operator in the amount of 0.5% per day of delay of the outstanding amount. In case of the Exhibitor’s refusal from participation in the exhibition “VTTA-Omsk-2015” after August 15, 2015 the registration fee and payment for the placement of information in the catalog are not returned. The Exhibitor’s refusal from the rented exhibition area and ordered services or participation after August 15, 2015 entails payment to the Operator of a forfeit in the amount of 50% of the rental payment and the cost of services, which the Exhibitor refused from . In case of the Exhibitor’s refusal from participation in the exhibition after September 15, 2015 the money paid to the Operator will not be returned. The Exhibitor and the Operator shall not be liable for the total or partial failure to fulfill obligations if the said failure was caused by force majeure, military operations as well as decisions of government authorities, excluding the possibility of fulfilling the obligations. In case of non-non-provision of the Exhibitors with ordered and paid areas and services the Operator shall bear responsibility only to the extent not exceeding the cost of a particular service in accordance with the present Conditions of participation. Financial and other claims that go beyond the scope of this liability will not be accepted. All claims for failure to provide ordered and paid by the Exhibitor services will be accepted by the Operator only during the exhibition operation from the Exhibitor’s authorized person upon written request, certified by the Operator. Only in this case, the Exhibitor will be refunded the cost of these services. Otherwise, the claims will not be considered. The Operator shall not be financially liable for the goods and exhibits of the Exhibitor during the assembly, dismantling and exhibition operation. The Exhibitors of “VTTA-Omsk-2015” shall be financially liable in full for damage incurred by the Operator and damage of the provided pavilion, area, equipment, exhibition facilities and to third parties. All disputes that may arise between the Operator and the Exhibitor shall be resolved in accordance with the present Conditions of participation in accordance with Russia legislation. In case of changing the timing of the “VTTA-Omsk-2015” or its cancellation for reasons beyond the control of the Operator, the Operator in writing notifies the Exhibitor. In case of cancellation of the exhibition, the amounts spent for its preparation in order to ensure the fulfillment of contractual obligations, will not be returned to the Exhibitor. Placement on the stand of any kind of promotional materials and (or) exhibits of the companies which are not the Exhibitors entails the payment by the principal Exhibitor the penalty to the Operator until the end of the current day of the exhibition (amounts of the penalties can be found on the stand of “Information” in the exhibition pavilion). Until the penalty is paid, participation in the exhibition is suspended.

IX. EXHIBITS

The exhibits, bearing the risk to life and health of Exhibitors and visitors are not allowed for display. It is strictly forbidden to display exhibits containing radioactive, explosive, flammable, toxic chemicals and other hazardous materials. Placement of exhibits on the stand and its decoration are made by the Exhibitors on their own. Large and heavy exhibits are set in their place on the first day of the exhibition installation and are removed on the last day of dismantling. The Exhibitor must provide a general list of exhibits prior to September 1, 2015 (Annex No. 3). If samples of military – oriented products are displayed by the Exhibitor, this must be done in accordance with applicable law and upon availability of permits.

X. TRANSPORTATION OF CARGO AND EXHIBITS, HANDLING OPERATIONS

Transportation of exhibits and other goods is performed by the Exhibitor independently. Handling and lifting works in the exhibition pavilion of the regional Expocentre are performed from 9.00 a.m. till 8 p.m. during the installation (dismantling) by the official transport operator. Contacts are available upon request. Information about the features of loading / unloading of large and heavy exhibits and their delivery from the vehicle to the stand and necessity of using special equipment is sent by the Exhibitor to the Operator and the official transport operator not later than 30 calendar days prior to the exhibition. Exhibitors in advance have to discuss with the official transport operator issues related to payment for handling large exhibits which require the cranes and other special machinery and tooling during loading and unloading as well as loading services. All payments for the transportation of goods, loading and unloading works, delivery of exhibits to the pavilion are made by the Exhibitor directly with the official transport operator. For cargo transportation in the exhibition pavilion the Exhibitors are allowed to use their own hand trucks with wheels coated with polyurethane or white rubber. Entrance of trucks in other premises without the permission of Operator is prohibited. The Exhibitor is responsible for any losses arising from self-moving, unloading, loading, handling of exhibition goods and packaging.

XI. CUSTOMS FORMALITIES

All exhibition goods and consumable materials of foreign Exhibitors, imported from other countries, are subject to mandatory customs clearance in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation

XII. DEMONSTRATIONS Demonstrating on the open area To demonstrate running, maneuvering and other features of the exhibited machinery and equipment the Operator will provide a specially designated area near the pavilion. For the purpose of coordination of technical and other conditions of parking and demonstrating, the Exhibitor sends to the Operator application according to the Annex No. 9 prior to May 1, 2015. Demonstration program shouldn’t last longer than 30 minutes, is signed by the Head of the Exhibitor and must contain the necessary diagrams, descriptions, explanations, and security measures in the demonstration in action as well as narration. The provision of safe parking of machinery and equipment as well as responsibility for safety measures during the demonstration is born by the Exhibitor (the owner), representing the machinery or equipment.

Display in the pavilion Exhibitors may use the stand to display only their products. The level of light and sound shall not cause discomfort to visitors and inconveniences for product presentation by other Exhibitors. The Exhibitor can install sound advertising means on the stand only with the written permission of the Operator. To carry out demonstration activities related to the use of operating mechanisms and devices, including welding demonstrations it is necessary to agree with the Operator date and time of the demonstration and obtain written permission.

XIII. PARTICIPATION IN THE BUSINESS PROGRAMME Applications for the organization and carrying out of presentations, round table discussions, seminars according to the form of the Annex No. 7 are accepted by the Operator prior to September 1, 2015. For business events conducting the Exhibitors are offered rooms in the Congress hall of the regional Expocenter and in the exhibition pavilion:  conference hall of the Congress hall having seating arrangement "theater" with a capacity of 450 people.  conference hall of the Congress hall having seating arrangement "theater" with a capacity of 200 people.  conference hall of the Congress hall having seating arrangement "round table" with a capacity of 200 people.  conference hall of the Congress hall having seating arrangement "theater" with a capacity of 50 people.  conference hall in pavilion having seating arrangement "theater" with a capacity of 300 people.  conference hall in pavilion having seating arrangement "theater" with a capacity of 40 people. Detailed information concerning the equipment of the halls is given upon request of the Exhibitor. Inclusion of a business event in the Participation programme of the exhibition is agreed with the Operator. The Operator reserves the right to adjust the date and time of the event in coordination with the Exhibitor. The Operator also reserves the right to refuse to hold the event without giving any reasons.

XIV. OFFICIAL CATALOGUE

The Operator publishes an official catalogue of the “VTTA-Omsk-2015”exhibition, which contains company profiles received from the Exhibitors in Russian and in English, including co-exhibitors and remote participants. Company profile should include a black & white company logo in vector (eps, cdr) or raster format (jpg), information on the company, its name, products and services as well as address and contact information. Company profile is limited to 900 letters in each language, including punctuation marks and spaces but excluding address and contact information. The received information is not edited. If the Exhibitor cannot provide the English version of company profile the Operator provides translation services (1000 rubles) and reserves the right to shorten the text, the translation is not agreed with the Exhibitor. Information for the official catalogue shall be submitted to the Operator prior to September 15, 2015. The information is provided in Word format (doc, docx) in Russian and English languages by e-mail to the Operator ([email protected]), a copy to the address: [email protected]. Information provided to the Operator after September 15, 2015 is not published, in the official catalogue (on the insert) only name and address details of the Exhibitor are published and the payment for the placement of information in the catalogue is not returned. Additional advertising in the official catalogue is places as per separate tariffs. Refer to the Operator regarding matters of the advertising placement. A copy of the official catalogue is issued to the Exhibitor at the registration desk. The Exhibitor can order for payment necessary amount of additional copies of the official catalogue. Publication of a company profile in the exhibition catalogue (without a stand) costs 5000 rubles. For extra payment we can print one page of black-and-white advertisement (inside the catalogue) for 10000 rubles or multicolor advertisement for 15000 rubles. We will print your advertisement on the 2nd and 3rd cover page for 20000 rubles or on the 4th cover page for 25000 rubles. The format of the catalog is A-5. Detailed information is given in the Annex No. 1.

XV. PRINT MEDIA AND MASS MEDIA

For the purpose of full-scale coverage of the “VTTA-Omsk-2015” exhibition in the media a press center is created on the territory of the exhibition pavilion. For accreditation to the exhibition it is necessary to complete an application for media coverage (Annex No. 10) and prior to September 1, 2015 send the application to the specified address. Make sure that you have specified the need for obtaining permission to film and photograph. Using the footage for commercial purposes without the consent of the Operator is not allowed. Documents required for registration on arrival are specified in the section “Registration”.

XVI. INSURANCE

The Exhibitor is responsible for the staff, construction workers, exhibits, inventory and other property during the period of preparation and holding of the exhibition, including assembly and dismantling. The Operator does not insure the staff and property of the Exhibitor. The Exhibitors insure staff and property against calculated risks on their own. In case of independent construction the organization conducting the construction of the stand is obliged to insure its liability for damage to life, health or property of other persons for the duration of the assembling, dismantling works and the whole period of the exhibition. To participate in the exhibition the following insurance is compulsory:  third-party liability for causing harm to life, health or property of other persons and the environment for the insurance sum not less than 500,000 rubles (in accordance with the RF Government Decree d.d. June 2, 2007 №339)  the Exhibitor’s staff accident insurance during the exhibition for the insurance sum not less than 200,000 rubles.  insurance of exhibits and property of the Exhibitor according to their actual value  independent developer’s construction workers accident insurance. The Exhibitors can choose the insurance company on their own or employ services of the official insurer. The official insurer of the exhibition is the insurance center “Sputnik”. Information on this type of service can be obtained from the relevant section of the official site of the exhibition and directly at the Insurance Center “Sputnik”, Siberian Branch at the address: 644042, Omsk, Marks Prospect St., bldg.18/10, telephone / fax: +7 (3812) 37-27-78, 37-27-79, e-mail: [email protected]. The only acceptable insurance contracts are those in which the insurance institution waives the right of regressive demands presentation to the Operator.

The Exhibitor makes copies of policies for the staff, exhibits, assets and other property during the registration.

XVII. SAFETY AND SECURITY.

Security is provided by the security firm. Prohibited items and materials In the exhibition center it is strictly forbidden to transport, store and use:  edged weapons  firearms  ammunition  explosives  radioactive substances  super potent and poisonous substances  flammable and combustible substances  electromagnetic radiation generators, except for household appliances  other dangerous objects and materials, including those emitting sound vibrations more than 75 dB.

Protection of the pavilion and outdoor area General protection of the exhibition is included in the participation fee. The pavilion is under the general protection outside working hours during the installation on October 4-6, 2015 and the dismantling on October 9-10, 2015. Protection of the pavilion outside working hours from 7 p.m. on the 6th of October to 9 a.m. on the 7th of October and from 6.30 p.m. till 9 a.m. the next day on October 7-8, 2015 is carried out by employees of security firms, video surveillance is conducted in the pavilion. Protection of open area outside working hours from 7 p.m. on the 6th of October to 9 a.m. on the 7th of October and from 6.30 p.m. to 9 a.m. the next day on October 7-8, 2015 is carried out by employees of security companies. During working hours from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. the Exhibitors are responsible for their exhibits. To ensure the safety of exhibits and other property, the Exhibitor may order from the Operator additional stand protection. Valuable exhibits and equipment is recommended to install on the stand not earlier than October 6, 2015, and to remove not later than October 8, 2015. In the days of the exhibition the Exhibitor’s staff must leave the territory of the exhibition hall, Congress hall and open area not later than 6.30 p.m. Staying on the territory of the regional Expocenter after activating the security system of the pavilion is prohibited. For the preparation of the display the Exhibitor’s staff must arrive in the pavilion by the time of security system deactivating at 9a.m., claims for loss or damage to the exhibits and equipment outside working hours are taken by the Directorate of the exhibition daily from 9 to 10 a.m. The pavilion and the Congress hall are equipped with fire alarm system and automatic fire extinguishing system and violation of fire safety rules may activate the alarm and fire-fighting system. In this case, the Exhibitor through whose fault the fire fighting systems were activated is fully liable for damages to property of other Exhibitors and the Operator.

XVIII. OTHER TERMS AND CONDITIONS

During the assembly and dismantling operations the parking in the zone of loading gates of the exhibition pavilion is prohibited. At night, parking is prohibited on the entire territory of the regional Expocentre parking.

During the entire duration of the exhibition the Exhibitor must provide the necessary conditions for visitors in order to get acquainted with the exhibits. The presence of representatives of the Exhibitor at the exhibition stand during the exhibition is a must. Dismantling of the display is only permitted after 7 p.m. on October 8, 2015

Distribution of promotional and information materials on the territory of the exhibition is only permitted for the Exhibitors. In the case of distribution of promotional or informational materials by the representatives of other legal entities or individuals, these individuals are expelled from the territory of the exhibition until the matter of paying for these services will be settled. Advertising and advertising campaigns are allowed for the Exhibitors only within the exhibition area of the stand, performing these activities outside the stand is possible only after payment for this service, and only in places, specified by the Operator.

Catering on the territory of the exhibition pavilion takes place in specially equipped cafes and provided by the catering company.

During the exhibition a competition is held for the best exhibit, display, research and project. The cost of participation in the competition is 5000 rubles per 1 nomination, each subsequent nomination is 2500 rubles. Exhibitors are requested to have a list of offered products, services and quality certificate for the products.

XXI. CONCLUSION

By presentation of application and signing the contract for participation in the exhibition the Exhibitor confirms the acceptance of all items of the present Conditions of participation.

The Exhibitor is obliged to comply with the present Conditions of participation, safety regulations, fire safety and other regulations adopted in the Omsk regional Expocenter, as well as current legislation of the Russian Federation. In the event of any breach of these terms and Conditions of participation by the Exhibitor, the Operator will have the right to terminate the contract for participation in the exhibition.
