Dear College Representative:

The Orange County Counselor’s Association is pleased to invite you to participate in our annual College Night which will be hosted by Orange County Community College.

This year’s college fair will be held in the Physical Education Building on the campus of Orange County Community College on Wednesday April 29, 2015 from 7 pm to 9 p.m. We invite you to join us for a buffet dinner prior to the fair beginning at 5:00 p.m. in the college cafeteria. There will not be an OCCA business meeting held during the dinner.

Our $60.00 registration fee includes the buffet dinner. If you bring a guest, there is a $45.00 charge to cover the cost of their dinner. We request that your completed registration form be returned to Laura Dubatowka ([email protected]) by March 31, 2015. Checks made payable to OCCA can be sent separately, but we need your registration form to assure a reserved space and to include your college in all publicity for the event. Confirmation letters will be sent out by April 1st and will include directions and hotel information in the Middletown, NY area. Feel free to contact any member of our College Night Committee for additional information.
