Sealed item rate short tern tenders are hereby invited on behalf of Municipal Council Nalagarh from the approved Govt. contractors so as to reach in this office by 11-11-2014 up to 1.00 PM. which shall be opened on the same date at 3.00 PM in the presence of contractors or their authorized representatives who may like to be present at the time of opening of tenders. The application tender form must be accompanied with the Earnest Money in proper shape, copy of contractor’s enlistment. 2. The tender of only those Contractors/Firms shall be processed who will produce the proof of valid registration at the time of opening of the tenders. 3. The Contactors must quote their rates in words as well as in figures, failing which their tender case shall not be considered. 4. The work should be completed in stipulated period. The tender of those firm/contractors shall not be considered whose previous performance is not found satisfactory
