INTRODUCTION OF RESOLUTIONS:

A RESOLUTION proclaiming April 2015 as “Safe Digging Month”. (Introduced by Councilman McCree).

A RESOLUTION ordering and calling a special election to be held in the City of Bogalusa, State of Louisiana, to authorize the renewal of a special tax therein; making application to the State Bond Commission in connection therewith; and providing for other matters in connection therewith. (Introduced by Councilman Ritchie).

A RESOLUTION of the Mayor and City Council of the City of Bogalusa, Washington parish, Louisiana, authorizing an Intergovernmental Agreement with the City of Crowley to accept the donation of used self-contained breathing apparatus (SCBA) Packs for use by the Bogalusa Fire Department; to manufacturer’s warranty and waiver of liability for use in favor of the City of Crowley; and to provide for all matters relative thereto.
