Elf Jr. the Musical Information Sheet

Dear Students and Parents,

Welcome to a fun and hardworking group. The goal is to accomplish a great musical production in the next few months, and try our best to keep everyone informed of important information that everyone needs to know. All the musical information can be obtained by looking on the school website under the Activities tab and clicking on Drama. Adult assistance is also needed, so please volunteer!!

Due to the cut in State budgets again this year, I will no longer be making copies of all the monthly drama schedules or other papers that are usually sent home with the cast and crew each month. Instead, all needed information will be posted on the hallway wall outside of the choir room, on the school’s internet announcement page under the Activities tab and clicking on Drama, and through the new drama e-mail newsletter. These will be informal modes of communication, but I hope that you will find one of them helpful.

The following items need your attention: 1. Students need to wear comfortable shoes to move in. No sandals or bare feet!!! WE WILL BE DANCING and I want the students to have protected feet!! 2. Students need to bring their script, if they have been assigned one, to every rehearsal. The scripts will NOT be collected at the completion of the musical. Students can write in them! 3. Students need a pencil with them at each rehearsal. 4. Please be prompt in picking up your child at the completion of each rehearsal.

Thank You!! The best way to spread Christmas Cheer is singing loud for all the hear!! Mr. Gary Teeple II

I am in need of some help!! If you can assist in one or more of the following areas, please let me know by a note, phone call (338 – 0802), or e-mail [email protected].
