(for smaller items that you ship directly to the hotel; they will need to be picked up day of event by your booth representative; you will be asked to provide credit card when picking up these items at the hotel. These items will NOT be delivered to your booth)

PARKING AND SHUTTLE FOR THE HOTEL FREE Parking at hotel. FREE Airport Shuttle See attached MOA and Shuttle schedule DAY OF EVENT EXHIBITOR CHECK-IN: Nametags and booth location provided at Vendor Registration. Volunteers available to help with setup. Booth numbers will not be used. Participants receive an Exhibit Hall Map. Continental breakfast provided. Exhibitors may arrive as early as 6:30am/Exhibitors must be ready for Expo opening at 9:30 AM.

BOOTH CLOSING TIME: No booth tear down before 3:15pm. Participant traffic moves to closing keynote at 3:15. Closing keynote ends at 4:15. Exhibitors welcome to attend the closing keynote. You are responsible for packing, labeling, and arranging pick-ups for return shipments

PRIZE DRAWINGS: Drawings are welcome and can be announced after closing the Keynote session at 4:15 PM. Please notify a LEHRN volunteer if you will be providing a prize. If you cannot stay until 4:15, please instruct a LEHRN volunteer on how to deliver or announce your prize drawing.

EXPO RECEPTION: Exhibitors encouraged to attend the EXPO RECEPTION 4:30~7:30 PM. Cash bar. Hors d’oeuvres vendor sponsored. Well attended - great networking opportunity.
