Dear Aomar:

(1) Many thanks for your msg (ATTACHMENT I).

Thanks also for your strong interest in our projects. You will be a great asset to our projects — particularly as you being a junior alumni of our Polytechnic Institute of New York University.

(2) I took the liberty of including your brief bio in ANNEX I and full resume in ANNNEX V in the following web site;

Quantitative Policy Analysis of Global Socio- Economic-Energy-Environment Development (GSEEED) Project http://tinyurl.com/6fb8bb

Pls kindly provide me a letter of participation — see ANNEX II in the web site for others.

(3) I would also greatly appreciate it if you can kindly publicize our projects at the conference in Oran, Algeria next April — see Reference (a) above.

Our projects are;

(a) GUS — see Reference (b) and GUS/Nigeria in Reference (e) above,

(b) GCEPG -- see Reference (c) and its variation, GSEEED, in Item (2) above, (c) Global Early Warning System (GEWS) as the extension of GCEPG project.

(4) You may urge at the conference in Algeria to construct the North African version of GEWS with nearby countries of Egypt, Libya, Algeria, Morocco, etc., which national economy models are to be interlinked through broadband Internet along the Mediterranean sea shores.

This may correspond to;

(a) the Economic Community Of West African States (ECOWAS) version of GEWS -- our colleagues at Millennium Institute are to construct national economy models of its 15 member countries. (b) the Middle East version of the GEWS with countries in the Jordan River Basin.

(5) GUS in each country is to initially support the activities of the national economy model building, administration, maintenance, and executions, -- namely, our GUS is an object-oriented project, i.e., on the “Global Environment with International Conflict Resolution,” especially in relation to the resource scarcity and food security.

(6) ATTACHMENT II below is about the conference at the Columbia University on 10/23rd.

Hope to see you there.

(7) Pls feel free to contact me if you have any questions.

Best, Tak

Dear Tak

It was nice talking to you this morning. as I told you I have been reading a lot on your website on the GLOSAS and GUS concept and been following closely most of the info contained in the previous emails. I do like and believe in the concept and I look forward to learning more on the concept, working together and helping in the future.

Enclosed my Bio and resume and let me know if there are any programs or proposals that I can contribute to or help out.

I was thinking about the extension of the GUS to North Africa and more precisely Algeria. Enclosed an upcoming conference I was thinking could be a good venue to expose the concept. Let me know what you think.

Pls send me the info about the upcoming seminar in Columbia. Ill try to make it.

Best Regards

Aomar
