 Foreman and Assistant Sales Manager

-As the foreman, I was second in command and answered only to the owner of the company. I worked side by side with my boss everyday and had a large voice in the companies’ operations. I was responsible for everything that took place at a job site, including all the other employees that worked for the company.

-As the assistant sales manager, my knowledge as the foreman was essential. I had a lot of experience in the field which gave me a better overall understanding of how the business operated. I was asked to assist the sales executive in quoting and estimating potential jobs. I was also involved in the managing of the day to day expenses that the business would need. For this aspect of my position, I needed to be efficient in ERP and SAP software such as MS Access and Excel.

-My main responsibilities while working for CVPW at this time were mainly targeted towards building restoration and concrete resurfacing. These two aspects of my position would include, but not limited to:

1. Cleaning/Prepping an area with a combination of an array of chemicals and detergents, and a high performance pressure washing unit. 2. Once the area has been prepped and cleaned, we would then seal and protect the surface area with certain products that we used. This would ensure the condition of the surface for many years.
