St. Mary’s School Uniform Order Form – Sept 2017

Size options: 3/4, 5/6, 7/8, 9/10, 11/12 & 13yrs. Sweatshirt products are Cotton Mix. Class 1, 2 & 3 (years reception, 1 & 2) must wear: School jumper or cardigan, plain white polo shirt, grey skirt/pinafore or trousers. Black shoes (no trainers) Light blue check gingham dresses during warmer months. Class 4 & 5 KS2 (years 3 – 6) must wear: School jumper or cardigan, plain white shirt & tie, grey skirt/pinafore or trousers. Black shoes (no trainers). Light blue check gingham dresses during warmer months.

PE kit = School PE t-shirt, royal blue shorts, white socks, black plimsolls (indoor use) and plain back or white trainers (outdoor use). Jogging bottoms and hoodies are optional but recommended for PE and after school clubs during the winter months.
