Thursday, September, 23, 2004 7:00 am Board Buses for UC Davis (load in front of Holiday Inn Capitol Plaza Hotel) - Individual drivers may pick-up maps and pre-paid parking permits from CVT Conference. Attendant on the bus.

7:30 am – 10:00 am Conference registration (Wellman Hall Lounge) - Registration materials will be available during this time. - Conference Attendant will be available to assist you in making dinner reservations or planning post-event trips to near-by attractions.

8:00 am – 9:00 am Continental Breakfast (Wellman Hall Lounge) - Freshly brewed coffee and tea, as well as pastries, fresh fruit and yogurt will be available during this time.

9:00 am – 10:00 am Conference Welcome (26 Wellman Hall)

10:00 am – 10:30 am Morning Break (Meeting Room 1 at the ARC) - Please follow Conference Attendant to the ARC. - Freshly brewed coffee and tea will be served. - The Ride and Drive will depart from Parking Lot 25 adjacent to this location.

10:30 am – 5:00 pm Ride and Drive (begins Parking Lot 25) - The hospitality suite will be located in Meeting Room 1 at the ARC and will be open until 4:00 pm. - Conference attendant will be located in the hospitality suite to assist you in making dinner reservations or planning post-event trips to near-by attractions.

12:00 pm – 1:00 pm Lunch (Meeting Rooms 1, 2 and 3 at the ARC) - Delicious buffet lunch will be served in the hospitality suite during this time.
