Coordinate Algebra – EOCT Review Counts as a TEST GRADE

This assignment is MANDATORY and if it is not completed, you will receive a zero for a Test grade.

**You are responsible for a total of 6 tests**

You will be using USA Test Prep as a tool to help you review for the EOCT while getting an opportunity to raise your Test average in Coordinate Algebra.

Here is what you must do:

1) Create a USA Test Prep Account, www.usatestprep.com, (see directions handed out to you)

2) Take the 20 Question Test (5 total tests) for each of the following five Domains: Domain 1 – Functions Domain 2 – Algebra Domain 3 – Statistics and Probability Domain 4 – Geometry Domain 5 – Number and Quantity

3) You must also take one Medium Length Test **Take one Medium Length Test (50% of actual test length)**

You may take each of these Tests AS MANY TIMES AS YOU WANT to earn the BEST grade you can, but you may not retry missed test questions. The average of your highest Domain Tests (for each of the five domains) will be averaged together and count for 50% of your Test grade. The highest grade for your Medium Test will count as the other 50% of your Test grade.

3)Print out each of your highest grade (the one you want to count) for the six Tests and turn in a hard copy at the beginning of class NO LATER THAN Wednesday, May 7 th. Also, write in those highest test grades on the star on the back of this paper.

*All Tests must be submitted to your teacher for the correct class period on USA Test Prep.
