SPECIAL TERMS & CONDITION OF TENDER NO. 04/EDCB/2011-12 FOR THE SUPPLY OF 11 KV Outdoor & Indoor Heat Shrinkable Jointing Kits

Rate : Rate should be quoted on F.O.R. EDD-I,Budaun . Taxes : U.P. Trade tax/VAT shall be paid extra as applicable.

Delivery : 100% quantity of Material duly inspected, shall be delivered within 30 days from the date of placing the purchase order/letter of intent whichever is earlier. However, early delivery period is preferred.

Tech. Specification : The contractor shall ensure the specifcation of material as per drawing enclosed with the tender documents. The material shall be inspection by a team of officers as deputed by Chief Engineer (D), Bareilly at the contractor’s work or at EDD-I, Budaun and shall be accepted only after satisfactory inspection report.

Judicature : All disputes arising out and touching of relating to the subject matter of the order are subject to the jurisdiction of local court of Budaun and judicature of High Court, Allahabad only.

Payments : Payments in full shall be made after receipt of material checked at site and on availability of funds. Pre-receipted bills in triplicate may sent to the E.E., EDD-I, Budaun for payment along with inspection report.

Security : 10% Bank Guarantee/FDR/CDR shall be furnished by the firm in lieu of performance guarantee to remain valid till the Expiry of performance guarantee period (12 months) from the date of received of material otherwise 90% payment shall be made & balance 10% shall be realized after Expiry of guarantee period.

General condition of form “B” shall be applicable.
