The official contractor is responsible for the standard booth power supply. The exhibitors are not allowed to add or move the power by themselves. Once there is accident caused by such operations, the exhibitors that against the rules should bear all the consequence.

2.Change from standard booth to raw-space booth：Basically, standard booths covering less than 18sqm are not allowed to be changed into raw-space booths. The exhibitors should submit application by written material before Apr 1st, 2014 to the organizer, and only with approval from the organizer can they change.

3.Height limit： The standard panel is 2.5m high and all the items of the exhibitor should not be higher than 2.5m. During the exhibition period, the item on display should not be outside the booth; otherwise they will be demanded to restore the booths to the original mode by the organizers. The exhibitors will bear all the cost caused such operation.

4.Set-up requirements：No sticky tape or nail should be fixed on the panel, the carpet, the ceiling or the fascia board during the set-up period and the exhibition. The exhibitor should pay for damages caused by violation of such rules.

5.Fascia board ： All the information of fascia board is to be collected by the organizer ， consisting of company name in Chinese/ English and booth number. Decoration on the fascia board is strictly prohibited.

6.Furnature rental：In need of extra furniture, the exhibitor should apply to the official contractor. (Detailed in Form 12)

Raw Space construction management and safety regulations （Deadline April 26,2014）

The contractor must strictly abide by "Large-scale Mass Activities of Safety Management Regulations", "Beijing Large-scale Social Activities of Safety Management Regulations", "Beijing Exhibition, Marketing Activities Provisional Regulations on Fire Safety Management", and relevant instruction by corresponding government departments, as well as the following rules and regulations:

Rules of Booth Location: 1. Booth constructions are not allowed to block the exhibition hall facilities, the construction of the booth structure is not allowed to shelter fire precaution facilities, electrical equipment, emergency exits, the audience access and signs. Distance between temp construction facilities and the wall must not be less than 0.6m. 2. The building area shall not exceed the leased area; the fringe of adjunction shall not exceed the lease area sideline. The size of booth construction must be in conformity with the reported area, if the booth structure takes up more area than leased, exhibitors must get approval of the authority of exhibition hall and the organizers, and promptly complete the formalities. 3. Stand structure shall not exceed the limited height. (1) Indoor Booth: 5 meters (2) Outdoor Booth: 4.5 meters Only if the limited height of exhibitor hall instruction is not inconsistent with the provision of organizer will subject to the lower degree. 4. All the facilities inside the exhibition hall must not demolish or change the nature and location of their use; nailing, drilling, gluing, painting and posting promotional materials are prohibited on ground or walls, inside and outside exhibition hall. Contractors are not allowed to damage any facilities of exhibition hall. 5. Using the top of grid structure as temporary lifting tools is strictly prohibited. 6. For hanging banners, flags, exhibitors must report to the relevant department of exhibition hall in advance. The bearing of each lifting point must be less than 50KG; the hanging articles must not be linked up with the booth construction. Contractors have to provide the lifting equipment themselves and operators should be with steeplejack certificate and must be equipped with security strap. Hanging items must not exceed the booth boundary, hanging banners atop the alleyway is strictly prohibited. 7. It is prohibited to make temporary construction by using columns, walls and other facilities for support. 8. Stacking under the fireproof roll curtains is strictly prohibited.

Booth Design 1. The strength of the booth structure should meet the load requirement. The construction structure should ensure a sufficient strength, stiffness and stability. 2. Two-storey and complex structure and outdoor construction must submit detailed structure drawing and detailed joint drawing, with stamp of first-degree national registered structure engineer and corresponding engineering design institute, and assessment report. From design to construction, builders should take full account of booth security, ensuring that all connections of the booth structures and the overall booth construction are firm.

3. The material of handrail should be firm and durable in use, able to bear the defined horizontal load. The height of second-storey rail should be no less than 1.05m; the distance between two railings should be less than 0.11m. 4. Outdoor booth should take the natural factors like wind and rain into account for safety. 5. Booth design must be roofed by less than 50% (including 50%) so as not to influent or/and block the fire alarm system. 6. The connection of the steel structures and the substances should use screw bolt, riveting or welding. Connection with lead wire, iron wire or steel wire is prohibited. 7. Floor structures must be within the scope of the booth where the structure edge should have a gentle slope leading to the public pathway to prevent the gap with the ground causing body harm. Construction of booth structures, booths, the whole floor structures, and stacking of a variety of goods under the fireproof rolling curtains are prohibited. Any form of packing or shielding of the exhibition hall column near the fireproof rolling curtains is prohibited to ensure the smooth movement of the fireproof rolling curtains. 8. The design of class wall, floor structure, and rail should take the factors such as strike, clash or stamp into account for safety. Construction Materials 1. Fire-retardant or fire-proof materials should be used in booth construction. Wood structure should take fire-proof treatment, using plastic laminated or fire-proof painting. 2. Fire-retardant or fire-proof materials should be used in booth decoration, and use of elastic cloth and textile cotton fabrics for decoration is prohibited. 3. Textile texture similar materials or ACRYLIC should meet the national Level B1 regulation. Contractors should submit samples and inspection report provided by the national authoritative material inspection institute. 4. Flammable or exposable materials (such as alcohol, thinner or rubber paint) are forbidden. No painting or spray-painting is allowed in the exhibition hall. 5. Use tempered glass for decoration and ensure its toughness and thickness (for glass walls, the minimum thickness is 8mm). The installation of glass shall be suitable and reliable. When installing glass, put glass pieces into metal frames or fix them with special metal pieces, with elastic materials as cushions between metal and glass for safety. Put obvious warnings on big pieces of glass. Don’t fix pillars and walls on glass-made floors; fix them on the solid floors under them instead. 6. The steel structure column should be made by seamless pipeline whose diameter is more than 100mm. Additional underpin and flange should be used to expend the connection area so as to ensure the firmness of the booth structure. 7. The width of the main structure wall should be no less than 120mm to make the connect area between the wall and the floor is sufficient. Connection between wall and steel structure that spans longer than 6m should be added pillar for support， to ensure stiffness and stability of

the overall structure of the booth. 8. Materials used for building booths shall be in conformity with the standards of materials used for temporary buildings set by the relevant government bureau and with the standards of environmental protection. In addition, the materials chosen shall reflect the characteristics of the exhibition. 9. Materials used for building booths shall be in conformity with the requirements of the indoor environment pollution control regulation for the Class Ⅱ civilian use construction (culture entertainment occasion, library, exhibition, and gymnasium. On-site Management 1. The builders are responsible for the safety and fire prevention during construction period，and they should appoint a person in charge of safety and prevention onsite. 2. During the build-up period, the rubbish should be cleaned in time, the construction materials inside the booth and put in order, without blocking the fire pathway. The builder should not build warehouse for storage or stack materials in the public area. Otherwise, the official contractor has the right to confiscate the materials and deduct the deposit. 3. Back walls adjoining the neighbor(s) should be properly decorated, without bad influence to the display effect of the neighbor(s). 4. For workers high above the ground (≥2m from the ground), safety precaution should be adopted by eligible lifter and operation platform. The workers should wear safety strap. Safety zone should be marked and guarded by appointed person to ensure personnel safety. There should be obvious warning in the safety zone. 5. The vehicle should be driven slowly, in order not to damage the cable and other facilities. 6. Once contractors have safety problems, they should do accordant change and submit the result after receiving the Notice for the Construction Potential Safety Hazard. 7. Electric motor saw and electric plane are not allowed to be used in the exhibition hall. 8. Smoking is not allowed in the exhibition hall. Flammable welding is not allowed during the construction. Fire extinguisher must be prepared on site. For multi-storey booths, 2 fire extinguishers that passed annual inspection should be prepared after the opening of the exhibition. 9. Outdoor booth should not be constructed during the special period (such as high school entrance exams) before 8:00a.m or 22:00p.m. 10. After the opening of exhibition, contractor should appoint a person in charge of safety and emergency onsite. 11. During the constructing and dismantling period, vehicles that transport the construction materials should not enter the exhibition hall without permission. They should leave the exhibition hall as soon as they finish the work, and they are not allowed to stay overnight in the exhibitor center. 12. The contractor should clean all the construction materials during dismantling period. No

rubbish is allowed to pack in the exhibition center. Water, Electricity and Compressed air management 1. In order to ensure the safe use of water, electricity and the compressed air, exhibitions hall would centralized administrate the provision of water, electricity and compressed air. 2. The installation of electrical equipment should be consistent with "large-scale mass activities Safety Management Regulations", "Beijing's large-scale social activities of Safety Management Regulations", "Beijing exhibition, marketing activities Provisional Regulations on Fire Safety Management" and other related regulations and the "Beijing Electrical Project installation standards ",Electrical Safety Technology and Electrical Safety norms "in the technical specifications. 3. Electricians must take the certification issued by national labor department on them. And they must strictly abide by all rules and regulations during setting-up, cooperate with the unexpected inspection; illegal operation is strictly prohibited. 4. All kinds of lights and electrical equipments must have the national professional safety certification. 5. All the power wires should be double insulated with sheathed copper wire; insulation strength must meet the standards. The cross-section of insulated wire connecting with the light should not less than minimum of 1 mm2. 6. Different Voltage lines must be set separately. Power for machine and power for lighting have to be used separately. Hall management office would punish for the misuse of power supply, each power cord should be separately installed protection devices and shall not be overloaded with electricity. Lighting circuits must prepare switchboards and control switches. 7. Connection point of electrical equipment must be completely securely closed, and shall not be exposed outside (alternatively use of fire-retardant, insulation-Ming obturating-box or the non- exposed plug component connection). 8. Contractor has to prepare wires for connecting the temporary power supply during constructing, Power cords are not allowed to be linked the middle connector, and protection switch must be equipped with. 9. Lights, sockets, switchboards and other electrical appliances outside of exhibition hall ，they should be water-resistant. Outdoor electrical equipment should be weather-proof and reliable. 10. Electrical sand table, model, light box should be made by flame retardant or flame-retardant materials. The heat lamps and heating element, such as ballast, low voltage transformers must to maintain a safe distance with the wooden structure or a set of non-fuel isolation layer, and away from combustible materials, electrical wiring should be wearing a set of beam pipe insulation. Equipments like light box should be with cooling holes. 11. High-temperature lamps in the exhibition area must be equipped with effective protection devices. High temperature, light lamps Lead-out wire must be equipped with high temperature resistant casing, and must be packed in special metal racks, and far from combustible

materials. Heat lamps must be equipped with shielding-cover. The mounting height of high temperature, strong light lamp should be more than 2.5 meters. Neon lights are strictly prohibited for booth decorative lighting. 12. Contractors are not allowed to connect electrical source without permission. If violate this rule, contractor must bear all the consequence. 13. All laid power lines should be fixed to prevent the direct over-load tension, and must overt with protection if lines lay through the entrance, corridor and passageway. 14. Stacking combustibles and debris by the water, electricity, gas facilities is strictly prohibited; building-up booth close by must not affect the operation of those facilities. 15. According to the relevant regulations of the Beijing Municipal Government, direct drainage is strictly prohibited, exhibitors must bring water circulation device themselves, and otherwise the hall management office has the right to reject the application of water. 16. Pressure vessels are rejected by the hall. 17. The compressed air which the exhibition hall offered is the general compressed air with the export pressure of 6-8 kg. All connection to the machine is to be done by the exhibitor at their cost. Exhibitors shall prepare dryers, filters and other adaptive devices according to condition of their own equipment. 18. Exhibitors must bring gas compressor and gas tank (pressure vessel) and other equipments themselves, and the equipments have to be placed on the specified location outside the hall, and to ensure the safe operation of equipment. 19. Violation to the above regulations, hall management office has the right to stop power supply, water and compressed air supply without noticing the exhibitors and contractors. 20. Hall management office reserves the special restriction on their rights regarding to special cases. Hall management officer has the right to inspect the booth. 21. Hall management office reserves the right to accept or reject the application of water, electricity and compressed air according to capabilities of hall facilities. Notes： 1. Form 13: The Agreement on the Safety Responsibilities in the Construction of the Raw-Space Booths For exhibitor Deadline: April 24, 2014 Our company has fully understood the Declaration of Safety and Security, and promise to the organizer and NCIEC that we shall strictly abide by this regulation. We shall strictly abide by the Safety Regulations on Large-scale Social Activities in Beijing, Temp Safety Management Regulations on Exhibition and Marketing Activity, NCIEC Construction Management Regulation, and other relevant rules and regulations, also put all their activities under the construction management and supervision, inspection of relevant department of New China International Exhibition Center Group Corporation (hereinafter referred to as NCIEC) to ensure the safety to the booths and personnel.

1. Before construction, the builders shall undergo the procedures of registration of their construction qualifications, construction blueprints for approval, etc., in accordance with the relevant rules and regulations of NCIEC. And pay the related fees. 2. The builders are responsible for the safety and fire prevention during construction period where they should appoint a person in charge of safety and emergency onsite. 3. The booth structure should be firm and safe. Fire-retardant or fire-proof materials should be used in booth construction. Elastic cloth and textile cotton fabrics for decoration are prohibited. 4. Hanging or binding of the booth structure on the exhibition hall, pillars, and railings of second floor and on the various special pipelines is prohibited. All the substances should be connected to the main structure of its own booth. Using the grid on the top of the exhibition hall as a tool for hoisting booth structures is strictly prohibited. 5. Before the building of two-storey booths or a booth with complex structures and the open-air booths, the construction units are required to provide a detailed plan of the structure of the booth bearing the stamp of approval by certain design institute with relevant qualifications and the stamp of a registered construction engineer at National level 1 and an audit report. From design to construction, builders should take full account of booth security, ensuring that all connections of the booth structures and the overall booth construction are firm. 6. Two-story booths must prepare fire extinguishers passed the annual inspection. 7. Booth structures in the exhibition hall shall not be allowed to block the fire facilities, electrical equipment, emergency exits and visitors’ pathways. Floor structures must be within the scope of the booth, the structure edge should be gently sloped to the public pathway, to prevent the gap with the ground causing body harm. Construction of booth structures, booths, the whole floor structures, and stacking of a variety of goods under the fire shutter doors are prohibited. Any form of packing or shielding of the exhibition hall column near the fire shutter doors is

prohibited to ensure the smooth movement of the fire shutter doors. 8. The heights of the special booths should not exceed the limits. The height limit in the center hall is 6m, the along-wall booth is 5m, and the limit of the open-air booth is 4.5m. 9. Hanging operation in NCIEC is Third class common hanging operation (15-30M). Contractors should prepare professional hanging operation equipment if needed and hire professional hanging operation stuff. The contractor shall be responsible for the hanging operation and bear all the responsibilities. 10. Wind prevention measures must be taken for the outdoor booths to ensure the toughness, stiffness, firmness and local stability of the booth structures. 11. Use tempered glass for decoration and ensure its toughness and thickness (for glass walls, the minimum glass thickness is 8mm). The installation of glass shall be suitable and reliable. When installing glass, put glass pieces into metal frames or fix them with special metal pieces, with elastic materials as cushions between metal and glass for safety. Put obvious warnings on big pieces of glass. Don’t fix pillars and walls on glass-made floors; fix them on the solid floors under them instead. 12. Materials used for building booths shall be in conformity with the standards of materials used for temporary buildings set by the relevant government branch and with the standards of environmental protection. In addition, the materials chosen shall reflect the characteristics of the exhibition. 13. No smoking in the exhibition hall. No flammable, exposable materials and no fire during the construction. 14. Booths must be roofed by less than 50% (including 50%) so as not to influent or/and block the fire alarm system. 15. Construction workers must show correspondent entrance permission cards and professionals must show correspondent certificates when entering the center for construction. 16. During the setup period, the rubbish should be cleaned in time, the construction materials inside the booth and put in order, without blocking the fire pathway. The builder should not build warehouse for storage or stack materials in the public area. Otherwise, the building officials have the right to confiscate the materials and deduct the construction deposit. 17. Neon lights must not be used for decoration. Electrical equipments and materials(such as lightings) must have CCC on them and shall be installed and used according to the standards and procedures concerning the use of electricity set by Beijing municipal government. Electrical equipments shall be connected by double insulated cables and the terminals must be kept in insulated boxes without been exposed. 18. Builders shall not use the fixed facilities (such as power distribution boxes, water supplies, gas supplies, etc.) in the exhibition hall. Lightings, sockets, distribution box and the like for outdoor use must be water-proof, and electrical equipments for outdoor use must be placed with water-proof measures.

19. After the opening of the exhibition, builders shall appoint a staff / staffers, staying in the hall and maintaining safety thereof. 20. After the exhibition, builders shall move all building materials away from the hall and litter no materials in or nearby the exhibition hall. 21. The Dept. supervising the booth building reserves the right to impose restrictions in special occasions. And the Dept. officials have the right to enter booths for inspection. All special contractors have to finish clearing the stand before the dismantling period, without leaving them around the exhibition hall. Otherwise, the official service department has the right to strike off all the construction deposit. If the constructors broke the rule during any process, the contractors need to take all responsibility and compensate all loss for NCIEC, the organizer, exhibitor and official contractor.
