Dr. Wahl has been practicing medicine since 1972. He is a Fellow at the American College of Surgeons, American Academy of Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery, American Society of Head and Neck Surgeons, American Academy of Cosmetic Surgery, and American Academy of Liposuction Surgery. He is also a Member of the San Diego County Medical Society, California Medical Association, and Imperial County Medical Society (retired)

Administrative Hospital experience includes Chief of Otolaryngology Head and Neck Surgery at Sharp Memorial Hospital, Chief of Otolaryngology Scripps Hospital, and Chief of Surgery at Pioneers Memorial Hospital and Chief of Staff at Pioneers Memorial Hospital.

Dr. Wahl has instructed at numerous institutions, including the University of California at San Diego, Scripps Hospital, University of California at Los Angeles, American Academy of Cosmetic Surgery, and American Academy of Otolaryngology Head and Neck Surgery Foundation.

He was a founder and developer of several Out Patient Surgery Centers and was a limited partner in National Surgical Hospitals and a developer of software for Inventory Management for Ambulatory Surgery. He has extensive administrative and personnel management background.

The system is non- computer dependent, non-invasive, nonintrusive, has no moving parts, utilizes an embedded processor and can be produced inexpensively.
