Reason: To accord with the provisions of the Town and Country Planning (Scotland) Act 1997 as amended by the Planning etc (Scotland) Act 2006. 2. That, except as may otherwise be agreed in writing by the Planning Authority, the development shall be implemented in accordance with drawing numbers:- 75781-101.75781-102 and 75781-103 Reason: To clarify the drawings on which this approval of permission is founded. 3. That in the event that the telecommunications equipment, supporting structure or the apparatus within the site becomes redundant it must be removed to the satisfaction of the Planning Authority within one month of becoming redundant. If the site ceases to be used for telecommunications transmission, it must be reinstated to the satisfaction of the Planning Authority within six months of cessation. Reason: To minimise the level of visual intrusion and to ensure the reinstatement of the site to a satisfactory standard. 4. That the development hereby permitted shall not start until a Notice of Initiation has been submitted to the satisfaction of the Planning Authority. Reason: To accord with the provisions of the Town and Country Planning (Scotland) Act 1997 as amended by the Planning etc (Scotland) Act 2006. 5. That within 4 weeks of completion of all building works on site, of the development hereby permitted, a Notice of Completion shall be submitted to the Planning Authority. Reason: To accord with the provisions of the Town and Country Planning (Scotland) Act 1997 as amended by the Planning etc (Scotland) Act 2006.
