On the basis of the given Application correctly filled and signed, the Organizer exposes the account which is acknowledgement of registration of firm as the Exhibitor of an exhibition. The rate 1евро is equal 36 roubles of the Russian Federation. (the Account, the application-contract, the certificate about performance of works) the Exhibitor receives financial documents at the Organizer at an exhibition. According to exposed account 100 of % of money resources for participation in an exhibition should act on the settlement account of OOO "LIK " till October, 25th 2007. The organizer stipulates payment of advance payment under the arrangement which is made within 3 days from the moment of exhibiting the account and is the basis for booking behind the Exhibitor of the area. Refusal of participation in an exhibition is accepted only in written form, certified by the signature of the head and the Chief accountant. In default from participation in an exhibition till September, 1st 2007, the Exhibitor pays the penalty at a rate of 50 % from a total cost of participation in an exhibition. In default from participation in an exhibition after October, 1st 2007, the Exhibitor pays the penalty at a rate of 100 % of a total cost of participation in an exhibition. The rights of the Exhibitor cannot be transferred to the third party. The exhibitor takes up a liability for the exhibition equipment given to it and, in case of утери or damages of the last, undertakes to pay its full cost. Trade at an exhibition is conducted according to the legislation of the Russian Federation. The facsimile copy of the contract is valid the original. At presentation by the visitor of card O'KEY the discount at an exhibition makes not less than 1 %.
