Just follow these easy steps: Go to our web page www.charlestonsouthern.edu Click on ‘My CSU’ icon. Enter your CSU ID & Pin numbers Click on the Faculty tab Scroll down until you see “Grade Entry” (located on the right side of the screen). Click on view course list. Make sure you are in the current term and click on search button. Click on the course you wish to enter grades for. Start entering grades! Make sure you are entering the grades into the Midterm Grade column. You can use the drop-down grade scale to select a grade, or a faster way is to just key-in the grade and tab to the next student until done. Continue using the midterm grade scale: A, B, C, D, F, or Pass/Fail classes may receive a grade of ‘P’ for passing. Note: Grades of FA need to be submitted through the on-line Excessive Absences form (on MyCSU under the faculty tab). Grades of a W require the student initiate the withdrawal through a drop/add/withdrawal form (available in our office) or if online class the form is online. Graduate and Bridge courses must not be assigned a grade of ‘D’. Make sure the grades are correct before saving them. You should receive a message – “Grades Successfully Updated”. Once you submit the grades, you will not be able to make any changes online. To change a grade you must submit a grade change. The form is located on the Faculty tab in the “Useful Links for Faculty” box. Click on “Request for Change of Grade”, enter the data, and click submit. To print a copy of the grades, click on the printer icon located on the toolbar. If you have more grades to enter, click on “Grading Courses List” to select another class.
