1. General Description ACF International is a network of Non-Governmental Organizations striving to save lives by eliminating hunger through the prevention, detection, and treatment of malnutrition. ACF programs focus on Nutrition, Food Security and Livelihoods, and Water and Sanitation.
ACF has been working in Country name since opening year on main program types. Presently, we are looking for the suppliers providing the cash transfer services. In particular, ACF is looking for a socially responsible commercial bank that would support ACF’s effort in implementing a project ______. The project will be operating in ______areas/towns/cities/communities. Cash transfer services will be needed during ______period. GIVEN THE POSSIBILITY OF MULTIDONOR FUNDING FOR SIMILAR ACTIVITIES AVOID REFERRING TO A PARTICULAR CONTRACT OR DONOR UNLESS REQUIRED.

ACF reserves the right to use international supplier’ screening tools to check the suppliers record with regards to their possible involvement in illegal or unethical practices. If you believe that the action of anyone (or a group of people) working or volunteering for ACF programs is responsible for violating the above rules, you should file a report through the Whistleblower Email Hotline. In order to enable the treatment, reports should give as precise information as possible; your name and contact are optional but encouraged. All reports are treated confidentially to the extent permissible by law. ACF will use all reasonable efforts to preserve the confidentiality of the whistleblower and to protect whistleblowers against any possible retaliation.
