**The national Royal Rangers office strongly recommends that every outpost review and implement the _____ LEADERS** recommendation for screening and supervision of leaders contained in the RR Leaders Manual.

INSTRUCTIONS 1. A national registration fee of $10.00 for each leader (including all outpost councilmen, senior commanders, commanders, and lieutenant commanders) must accompany this application. Each leader will receive the quarterly High Adventure Leader magazine. 2. A national registration fee of $8.00 for each boy must accompany this application. Each boy will receive the quarterly High Adventure magazine. 3. The district adds $ 10.00 per leader and $ 12.00 per boy to cover the district RR charter fees.

These standards set forth by the BOA September, 2004 – General Council Assemblies of God 1. The national RR office is the PCCNA chartering steward. 2. A/G district(s), which are self-chartering district(s), have the option to become the chartering steward for the PCCNA charters within their A/G district boundaries. The district superintendent’s approval is required to become a chartering steward for the PCCNA. 3. A/G districts, both self-chartering and non self-chartering, are encouraged to allow PCCNA churches participation in district and section activities/training. 4. Royal Rangers leaders who are not members of affiliated Assemblies of God churches are not permitted to become district or national Royal Rangers Executive Committee officers. (The district superintendent may waive this stipulation.)

PROCESS FOR CHARTERING PCCNA CHURCHES

1. The applicant on the reverse side of this form is a church affiliate of a denomination/association who is a member of the PCCNA (Pentecostal Charismatic Churches of North America). A. The leadership of the applicant, as it relates to Royal Rangers, shall maintain an exemplary Christian lifestyle, being evangelistic and Pentecostal. B. The applicant agrees to use unaltered the Royal Rangers program, including its organization structure and its written materials. (Modifications to merit requirements must be requested from the national Royal Rangers office when merits are specifically designed for the A/G churches and may not apply to your denomination/association.) C. Chartering the outpost is to be done annually. D. Please contact Royal Rangers International office (RRI) at 1644 W. Lloyd St., Ozark, Missouri 65721 or (417) 595-0603 before chartering any overseas churches affiliated with your denomination/association. E. PCCNA chartered churches will receive charter certificates, boys and leaders membership cards, High Adventure and High Adventure Leader magazines, and other promotional materials. F. PCCNA chartered churches are encouraged to attend national training camps, national and regional camps and events, e.g., National Camporama, National Rendezvous, and territorial rendezvous.

2. Once application is completed, send the application and a check to: National Royal Rangers Ministries – charter, 1445 N. Boonville Ave., Springfield, Missouri 65802 for non self-chartering A/G district(s). If your church is in a self-chartered/PCCNA district, forward to the district for processing.
