Auction Notice

Earthquake Reconstruction & Rehabilitation Authority (ERRA) intends to Auction misc IT Equipment on the basis of “as they are”.

2. Auction will be held at ERRA Headquarters Office Building Complex, Main Murree Road, Islamabad on 20th July, 2016 at 10:00 AM.

TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. The applicable taxes, GST and income tax, will be paid by the successful bidder over and above the offered price of respective items.

2. Offers for purchase of the stores shall not be considered unless 20% of the total bid price is paid there and then.

3. The items will be handed over to the successful bidder (s) after completion of the procedural requirements/full payment. Full payment may be made on the spot or it shall be made within three days of auction, otherwise 20% amount paid to ERRA shall be confiscated.

4. The normal period allowed for removal of store etc. by the purchaser at his expense shall be 05 working days from the date of receipt of final payment from the purchaser.

5. If the stores are not removed within the stipulated period ground rent @ 2% of the original sale price of the stores per day upto the maximum of 20% of total bid value shall be recovered from the purchaser before the stores are removed.
