o Hey well the meeting starts at 9pm, so if you come in at 8:30 you probably won’t have enough time to set up your demos, do you think you can come in a little earlier, like at 8pm? . If you are actually here and on the phone at 8:00 you will do much better, so make sure it’s not like 8:10 or 8:15, definitely get here by 8. . (no) Okay no problem just make sure you are here by 8:30 and right on the phone so you can take advantage of the phone before the meeting

Extra (Tough Convo)

- Hey, I was just calling to see how you are doing and what your plans were for the next couple days, how are you doing?

- I want you to be successful here, isn’t that what you want? So the only way to be successful here is to do demos, and the only way to do demos is do phonetime, and tonight is one of the most important phonetimes of the entire week, especially to get the other __(five)___ demos you want for Saturday and Sunday and the one on Friday. The only way you are going fill all of those times is by phonetime tonight. Now I’m not going to tell you what to do, that’s not my job nor would I want you to tell you what to do. So if you are going to the (movies) that is totally fine, that’s your decision. But my job is to help you get successful in this job (and you are doing an awesome job so far) OR (and I know if you put in the effort you will kicking butt, you’ll be one of the top people in the office, I already know), and that is what I want for you and I’m going to do everything I can to make sure that you are successful. So knowing that you won’t get the other demo tomorrow and probably not all five demos for the weekend if you skip phonetime tonight, even if you do phonetime tomorrow morning, which you should do by the way, but you probably won’t get all of them setup, Do you think it would be better to do phonetime and see the movie another time? What do you think you should do? So what are you going to do then? Alright you are going to rock.
