Check-in and Check-out procedures is only allowed within the above mentioned times. Guests who wish tan early check-out before 8:00 will have to inform the Marina staff the day before.
Important Information: Dear Guests, always ask for our experienced maintenance team to connect and disconnect the power supply to your boat. In any different case, fatal accidents might happen.
Liquid waste removal and Blige and grey water removal station is available in our Marina. Please contact the Marina Guest Services Centre to arrange the procedure. For the moment, toilletes for the Guests are available at the Reception (Clients Services Centre) 24 hrs per day.

The rate for your selected period equals to total sq.m. (loa*beam)*the appropriate rate from the above table. i.e. a boat of 20m loa and 5m beam for 90 days equals to 20*5*36,99=3.699 euros.
Special Terms Boats having loa less than 12m are charged for Loa 12m (min. charge). Boats having Beam less than 3,5m are charged for Beam 3,5m (min charge). For boats of Loa of more than 12m and a ratio of Loa/Bm<3,5, the Loa is considered to be equal to 3,5 x Beam. For boats of Loa of more than 12m and a ratio of Loa/Bm >6, the Bm is considered to be equal to Loa/6. Vessels berthing alongside are charged at +100% normal (berthing by stern) rates. Marina berthing charges are on calendar basis. B. Marina Mooring Services Rates Water Supply: 6-7 euros per cubic meter (depending on the size of the vessel). Electricity power: 0,312- 0,39 euros per kwh (depending on the size of the vessel). Connection and disconnection fees for water and electricity apply: 20 euros. Wi-Fi services free up to 0,5 Mbps. For higher speed please ask the reception. Communal Services 24/7 (Premises Security, Mooring Cleaning, Solid Waste Removal, Courtesy Car): €0,15 per m. Loa daily (minimum charge 1 day) CATV: 2,5 euros per day. VOIP telephony: 0,07 per mLoa per day (an appliance guarantee of 120 euros applies). Liquid waste removal: 8 euros per time for every 100 lt. Blige and grey water removal: 14 euros per time for every 50 lt. Vessel watching camera (VIP service): 4 euros per day. Captain towing service in and out the Marina: Feel free to ask the Marina Office.
VAT and other taxes are not included and will be applied if required by law. All Berthing Fees are prepaid and non-refundable. Mooring fees are paid during the check-out procedure. Valid from 01/07/2015.

-All guests must sign the applicable agreement prior to receiving the Marina Services.
-Marina berthing fees are calculated as follows: Berth/mooring rate * m² (where m² equals to Loa*max. Beam).
-Minimum 42 m² is taken into account for all calculations.
-Upon expiry of a contract, daily fees will be applied to customers that overstay the agreed departure date. Check out time is 12:00. For departures until 19:00 guests will be charged with half the daily charge on the price catalog. Beyond 19:00 guests will be required to pay the full daily charge.
-All mooring services are charged upon consumption and are payable during the check out procedure.
-Marina Management reserves the right to amend these prices and rates without any prior notice.
-All vessels must have valid insurance contract throughout the term of any agreement.
Discount Policies- Payment Methods
Our Marina adopts a discount policy system as a reward to our first year guests. Please feel free to ask our Client Services Center for the appropriate discount schemes.
Payment of berthing fees are prepaid for short term contracts (less than 90 days).
Payment of berthing fees for long term contracts (more than 90 days) takes place in two equal installments (beginning and half time of the agreed contract).
Payment in advance for Berthing Fees: -up to 2 months prior the starting date -5%. -up to 1 month prior the starting date -3%.
-All fees are to be paid in advance and are non refundable.
-All Marina berth/mooring fees and other related charges are calculated in euro.
-VAT or any other regulatory tax shall be applied if required by law.

Our partner, TIGER TMS, a UK based company, is a market leader in the provision of Call Management Solutions, including Call Logging, Call Management, Voice Network Security, Managed Services, Fraud Detection and Management Reports.
Through the platform ''Rhodes Marina'', available to download for free in all types of smart phones, you are able to have an easy, convenient and fast communication with our Reception office.
National and International Calls are also allowed with the relevant charge to be payable during the check out procedure.
Moreover, through the ''Rhodes Marina'' application, other options are available such as weather reports, first aid contact number, emergency call, Rhodes map and information.

As soon as you download the application named ''Rhodes Marina'' you need to register your account. This procedure is as follows: Fill in the Extension ID and Password (please refer to the Reception Desk) and press Register. A phone page opens where you are able to either call the desired extension or get directed to ''Guest Services'' page for further information and options.
As a guest in our Marina you are able to enjoy this unique communication experience throughout the world as long as you are connected to a 3G/ 4G network. One line is offered to your boat and four lines are offered to your guests for every single reservation. The lines last for as long as your reservation is active.

For your convenience we are able to offer you cable internet connection through the bollard next to your boat. A stable and secure basic speed connection allowing you to perform your daily operations.
Rhodes Marina is obligated to send all telecommunications and digital signals up to the point of the bollard that serves your boat. Also the necessary cable will be offered (a guarantee will be kept on the reception for each one of them you might need).
If you require further assistance on board, our certified IT manager will be more than willing to assist you.

A real jewel of the Mediterranean, worthy of the history and culture of Rodos, this ultra-modern, state-of-the-art Marina spreads over an area of 118,800 sq. m. and provides a full range of services and facilities to all kinds of yachts up to 120 m all year, with the ambitious vision to become soon a point of reference in modern marine tourism. At its first stage of operation it boasts a capacity of 382 yachts, which will increase to 563 over the next phases. It operates a special management and operation system based on international standards fulfilling the strictest guidelines and recommendations of the Association of Marina Industries (AMI), USA, and the EPA (United States Environmental Protection Agency), and it holds the ISO 9001:2008 and ISO 14001:2004 Quality Management System certifications.
The Marina of Rodos has implemented the latest technology to design a fully integrated electronic system that guarantees utmost safety and security 24/7/365. Every berth is equipped with internet access, telephone connections, TV, water and electricity supply and wi-fi with dedicated optical fibre connection for high security providing ultra high-speed broadband connection of up to 1 Gbps. Additionally, the very helpful smartphone application “Experience Rhodes”, with information in English about attraction sites, restaurants, etc. developed by travel experts, will be available to all visitors to the Marina to download free.
The Rhodes Marina has an integrated electronic system. It is used for the central monitor, security and control of the facilities both in land and by the sea.
