Artists are invited to create and submit artworks in a diverse range of art forms including Jewellery Multimedia Painting Photography Sculpture
Entry fee is $15 per artist, regardless of the number of artworks submitted.
Please return the entry form with the fee by 24 Oct 2014 to book exhibition space.
Make cheques/ money orders payable to ‘Save Our Gulf Coalition Inc’.
It is also possible to do a direct bank transfer. Here are the banking details. If you do a direct bank transfer please indicate you have done this on the entry form.

Guidelines for artwork exhibited
Artwork
Is not previously exhibited at the arts centre Port Noarlunga
Is presented in a professional manner and complies with display requirements
Is not considered racist, sexist or offensive
Is not a copy of another work, and hence breaks copyright laws
Is not an Occupational Health and Safety risk or hazardous to the public
Hanging and display
Hanging mechanisms must be compatible with and within the weight limits of the hanging system in the arts centre. Work is to be double hung from flat D-rings, without wire. D-rings to be at least 5mm in size, attached 6 cm from the top of the frame. Weight not to exceed 10 kg.
Insurance
The City of Onkaparinga will not insure any artwork on display at the arts centre. If required, please organise your own insurance.
GST / ABN
It is the artist’s responsibility to be aware of issues and the ramifications of being a ‘hobbyist’, possessing or not possessing an ABN or issues with the claiming or charging of GST on their work.
Sales during exhibition
Date received Rec no sent collect Sales during an exhibition will attract a 25% commission on the gallery sales price. Artists must take this into account when they price their work
A non-refundable deposit of 25% will be accepted on an artwork, balance to be paid within 5 working days
the arts centre Port Noarlunga will accept payment by cash, cheque or EFTPOS and will provide an official receipt

Copyright of all work remains with the artist
the arts centre Port Noarlunga reserves the right to document any work and maintain a digital database of works for publicity and network purposes with acknowledgement of the original artist
