Instant winners are customers who own a V247 lottery ticket that has 2 zeros as the last numbers on their tickets. The reward minutes will be added to customers’ current accounts when the tickets display the following zeros.

Customers may be eligible for one or more V247 lottery tickets, depending on the amount of purchase, please see Table 1. Each V247 ticket is automatically entered into the lottery for the grand prize of a new Mercedes Benz 2011 C300 Sport Sedan.

Each lottery ticket is automatically generated in the customer’s account by the V247 system as soon as the customer makes a qualifying purchase, please see Table 1.
The V247 ticket begins with a 6-digit number, starting at 100,001 and up.

Any purchase less than $25 will not qualify for a V247 lottery ticket. The ticket will automatically generate only when customers make a minimum $25 dollar purchase.
Payments that exceed the qualifying amount for a purchase, but not enough for an additional ticket will be set aside. The surplus amount will automatically be added to the next purchase by customer. The qualifying amount for a V247 lottery ticket will be based on Table 1.

ii. Lottery event
The grand prize lottery event will take place in Dallas, Texas. Local media agencies, V247 agents and hundreds of V247 customers will be on hand to watch and celebrate the winners. News of the Grand Prize winner and other winners will be broadcast in the media throughout the U.S. V247 website will publish a list of winners within 48 hours of the final results.
C. General conditions i. The Contest is open to all legal U.S. residents who are 18 years or older at the time of entry.
ii. General Prizes: Winners must verify ownership of the winning phone numbers with documents such as telephone bills or telephone contracts. If a telephone number was selected for a prize, but the owner cannot show proof of ownership, V24 reserves the rights to retain the award for 90 days. If after 90 days and there is no claimant, V247 reserves the rights to award the prize to the person currently using that phone number if sufficient proof have been shown, or to cancel the prize.
iii. Grand Prize: In the event that an account has several phone numbers listed, the owner of the phone number which has the most activities of phone calls in 3 months will be the winner. The Company is not responsible in anyway whatsoever in the dispute (if any) between a service payer and service user of a telephone number.
iv. Prizes will be awarded at the company headquarter in Houston, Texas. Winners are solely responsible for payment of any taxes on prizes and Grand Prize Winner is responsible for payment of taxes, title and license fees on the Mercedes-Benz C300 Sport Sedan 2011.
v. If V247 could not locate or contact the winner(s) in good faith after 3 months from the date the winner was announced in the media and published on V247 website, the company reserves the rights to cancel the prize.
vi. Prizes that are waived, forfeited or not claimed by Winners for any reason will not be awarded in the Contest and will remain the property of the V247. If any winner is disqualified by V247, the company reserves the right in its sole discretion to either select a substitute winner at random or to retain the applicable prize as V247's property. vii. Except where prohibited, participation in this Contest constitutes each contestant's consent to the publication of his or her name, voice, biographical information and likeness in any media for any commercial or promotional purpose, without limitation or further compensation. vi. Waiver and Release. By participating in the Contest, each participant and winner waives any and all claims of liability against V247 and its a affiliated companies and all of their respective officers, employees and agents, for any injury, loss, or damage which may arise out of the conduct of, or participation in, the Contest, or from the acceptance, use or misuse of any prize. vii. Decisions of Company. By participating, contestants agree to be bound by the terms and conditions and the decisions of V247, which shall be final in all respects. V247 reserves the right to disqualify persons found tampering with or otherwise abusing any aspect of this Contest as solely determined by the company.
