TWO NOTORIOUS PROCLAIMED OFFENDER ARRESTED

A team of AATS West District under the supervision of Inspector Maninder Singh arrested two dreaded criminals namely Vinod S/o Babu Lal R/o H. No. 199 Prayog Vihar, Hari Nagar, Delhi, 24 years old and Rakesh S/o Babu Lal R/o H. No. 199 Prayog Vihar, Hari Nagar, Delhi, 28 years old and recovered One Country made pistol with 3 live cartridges, one button operated knife and One stolen Santro car. Both were wanted in a murder Case of P.S. Rajouri Garden and were declared Proclaimed offenders.

INFORMATION/OPERATION.

An Information was received by HC Ajay Kumar of AATS West Distt. that two dreaded criminals who are wanted in a sensational murder case of P.S. Rajouri Garden are coming to Hari Nagar area for the purpose of committing heinous Crime. This information was passed to Inspr. Maninder Singh Immediately and a raiding party comprising of SI Naveen, HC Ajay kumar, HC Rishi, HC Dilbag, HC Naresh, Ct. Manendra, Ct. Sandeep, and Ct. Krishan Rathi under the supervision of Inspr. Maninder Singh was constituted and deployed near Jheel Park Hari Nagar. At about 0010 hours two persons came in a Santro car from L-Block Hari Nagar side and the raiding party tried to stop the car at the instance of informer but they tried to flee from the spot. One boy who was sitting in front seat of the car fired one round on the raiding party. The police party retaliated by firing two rounds at the car to prevent its escape. The raiding party showed tremendous courage and apprehended both the accused persons. They were identified as Vinod Kumar and Rakesh Kumar both resident of H.No.199 Prayog vihar, Hari Nagar, Delhi. During the course of interrogation it revealed that both the accused persons were wanted in a murder case of PS Rajouri Garden and were declared proclaimed offenders in this case. The Santro Car used by them was found stolen from PS Moti Nagar vide FIR No. 04/11. One country made pistol, one knife and three live cartridges have been recovered from the possession of these accused persons.

INTERROGATION / MODUS OPERANDI

During interrogation, they disclosed that they belong to lower class society and their parents work as labourers. They got education upto primary level. They indulged in criminal activities at their younger age due to poverty and to earn quick money in short span of time. Bunty, younger brother of Vinod is also a notorious criminal. Vinod and his brother Bunty were arrested by the staff of PS Hari Nagar in a theft case in 2009. During interrogation they disclosed that they were waiting for the release of their brother Bunty to eliminate the vicitim’s family (Case FIR No.323/09 PS Rajouri Garden) and one eye witness. It is pertinent to mention that Vinod, Bunty and other two brothers were responsible for the gruesome killing of one Wasim and seriously injuring two others. Vinod, Rakesh and Dharmender were declared Proclaimed Offender in the said case and had been absconding since the day of incident. Further investigation is on.

The staff responsible for the good work is being rewarded suitably.

Desperate Proclaimed Offender Arrested

Special Cell Team of Inspector Brahmjeet Singh under supervision of ACP Shri Subhash Tandon have arrested an Inter State Desperate Criminal who is a Proclaimed offender in two cases of Delhi and one of Rajasthan. The accused Naddu @ Ramesh (25 years) native of Distt Jhunjhnu, Rajasthan was nabbed on the basis of specific intelligence from Metro Station Madipur on 09th February, 2011. He is originally resident of Rajasthan but was presently staying in Sultanpuri.

Naddu @ Ramesh is involved in 08 criminal cases of Delhi, Rajasthan & Haryana involving offences of murder, snatching, attempt to murder, grievous hurt, NDPS Act and Arms Act.

 His first involvement date back to 2003 when he had bitten one Raju in the area of Mangolpuri when he was apprehended being in possession of Charas. On this two cases of grievous hurt and NDPS Act were registered against him. He is a Proclaimed offender in the case of grievous hurt.

 In 2006, he was again arrested while being in possession of Charas and a knife from the area of Kashmere Gate, Delhi. During his interrogation it emerged that he was involved in case of chain snatching from the area of Roop Nagar, which was recovered from his possession.

 In 2007 he was arrested under Arms Act from the area of Sultanpuri. He is a Proclaimed offender in this case.

 In 2007, he went to Sikar, (Rajasthan) to meet his brother-in-law and was arrested under Arms Act for being in possession of .32 bore pistol. He is a Proclaimed offender in this case also.

 In 2009, he went to Rewari to meet his maternal uncle. During this visit he had a scuffle with one person outside a wine shop and during this he hit the other person with the wooden plank. The injury during this scuffle was so serious that the other person died and he was booked for murder at PS Rampura (District Rewari).

Further interrogation is going on and it appears that some of his associates/family members are also involved in robberies/other offences in Delhi & NCR.

TRAFFIC ADVISORY There will be Tazia procession by Shia Muslim community on 11.2.2011, in the memory of Hazarat Imam Zain-UL-Abideen from Imambara, Pahari Bhojla to Karbala, Jorbagh. The procession will start at about 9:00 A.M. in the morning and reach Karbala in the evening. The route of the procession will be as under:-

 Gang of thieves bused.  4 persons arrested.  Gang specialized in stealing MTNL cables.  Stolen MTNL cables and equipment used for stealing recovered.

A team of officers of the Crime Branch led by Inspr. Satya Prakash and consisting of ASI Ramesh Chander, HC Baljeet Singh, Ct. Sunil Kumar, Ct. Pardeep Kumar, Ct. Amit Kumar and Ct. Jagbir Singh under the supervision of Addl. DCP Joy Tirkey have busted a gang of thieves that specialized in the theft of MTNL cables. 4 persons have been arrested. Stolen property and equipments used for committing theft have been recovered.

On 07/02/2011 information was received by Ct. Sunil that a gang involved in stealing of MTNL cable will assemble at Sewa Nagar, Delhi for stealing of MTNL cable. The police team apprehended the cable thieves red handed while they were involved in cutting the cable in the manhole near Govt. Quarter Kasturba Nagar, Sewa Nagar, Delhi. They were identified as i) Rajender (aged 31 years) s/o Prakash Chand r/o Trilok Puri, Delhi, ii) Sunil Sadhu (aged 24 years) s/o Lalman r/o Jaunpur, UP, iii) Shahid (aged 27 years) s/o Safiq Ahmad r/o Muradabad, UP and iv) Vijay @ Tota (aged 26 years) s/o Ramgopal r/o Muradabad, UP. Initially Rajender, the gang leader tried to mislead the police officers by telling that he was working for a contractor of MTNL. He had parked his Santro Car adjacent to the manhole and was carrying a file cover to project that he had been tasked to conduct repair work. However, Sub. Division Engineer (Cable) Jor Bagh Exchange, New Delhi was requested to reach the spot. He came and clarified that these people have not been contracted by MTNL and they are committing theft of MTNL cable. A case under the appropriate sections of the law was registered. 26 feet stolen MTNL cable, 1 chain pulley, 1 Saw, 1 Cutter and 1 crow bar were recovered.

All the accused persons were subjected to intensive interrogation. Rajender, the gang leader disclosed that he surveyed the area where to commit theft of MTNL cable. The gang then committed the theft between 6 AM to 9.30 AM in the morning. He parked his car near the manhole and stood near the car with a file cover, pretending as if he is overseeing the work. The gang opened the manhole and went down while Rajender stood outside keeping watch. They used cutters and saws to cut the heavy cables into smaller pieces. They then used a chain pulley to pull the cable out. All efforts were made to finish the job before 9.30 AM. If anybody asked what they were doing, they told that they are working for a contractor of MTNL and are doing repair work.

The copper rich cable was then sold to a scrap dealer in Jhandewalan area. He has been identified. Efforts are on to apprehend him.

Rajender the gang leader is involved in 4 such similar cases of MTNL theft of PS Khajoori Khas, Janak Puri, I.P. Estate and Lodhi Colony, Delhi. From his ill gotten gains he has recently bought a house in Trilok Puri and a brand new Hyundai Santro Car. Sunil Sadhu and Vijay have previous criminal involvement of theft of PS Shakar Pur and Janak Puri. Shahid has no criminal record. They used to get Rs.1000/- for a days work. Their arrests have also led to the working out of a case of theft of MTNL cables of PS Connaught Place.

Further investigation is in progress.

 Three desperate and notorious criminals apprehended.  3 country made pistols and cartridges recovered.

On 08/02/2011, on specific information the Crime Branch apprehended Sunil @ Teja (aged 30 years) r/o Raghubir Nagar, Delhi and Siya Ram (aged 22 years) r/o Bandra, UP on Ring Road. They were intercepted while traveling in a Indica car. On interception, they fired at the police team. However, the police team overpowered them. 2 country made pistol, 2 fired and 4 live cartridges have been recovered. Sunil @ Teja was found to be involved in 11 cases of murder, robbery, attempt to murder, NDPS Act and Arms Act of Delhi. His area of operation was New Delhi Rly. Station, Connaught Place, Moti Nagar and Khyala. He was wanted in two cases, one of murder of PS Khyala and another of Arms Act of PS Connaught Place. In the murder case on 14/05/2010, Sunil @ Teja alongwith associates had brutally murdered Mukesh of Raghubir Nagar in broad day light by beating him to death by Iron rods and then stabbing him. A murder case was registered at PS Khyala and he had been declared Proclaimed Offender in this case as well as in a case of Arms Act of PS Connaught Place. His associate Siya Ram is involved in cases of attempt to murder and planning of commit dacoity of PS New Delhi Rly. Station.

Prior to the apprehension of Sunil @ Teja and Siya Ram, on 01/02/2011, their associates Sunil @ Anil R/o Raghubir Nagar, Rajouri Garden, Delhi had been apprehended from Metro Station Karol Bagh. 1 country made pistol and 4 live cartridges were recovered from his possession. A case under the appropriate sections of the law was registered. He was wanted in 3 cases, 1 in the above murder of PS Khyala, 1 case of pickpocketing of New Delhi Rly. Station and 1 case of Arms act of PS Connaught Place.

The team that apprehended the desperate criminals was led by Inspr. Sajjan Singh Yadav and consisted of SI Sumer Singh, SI Devender Singh, HC Suresh Tyagi, HC Sandeep Tyagi, HC Deepak, Ct. Manoj Kumar, Ct. Anil Kumar, Ct. Pankaj, Ct. Ajit, Ct. Rajesh and Ct. Deepak and supervised by ACP Bir Singh.

DESPERATE ROBBERS/SNATCHERS WHO BY USING NOVEL MODUS OPERANDI COMMITTED MORE THAN 100 SNACTHINGS/ROBBERIES OVER A VAST STRECH STARTING FROM SAHIBABAD TO GURGAON THROUGH DELHI ARRESTED: FIREARMS, SCOOTERS, ROBBED/SNATCHED CELL PHONES RECOVERED

With the arrest of following six persons, the South District Police has busted a gang which incessantly committed several incidents of snatching and robbery in various parts of Delhi in the morning hours. They had committed several such incidents in the morning hours in and around Saket and Malviya Nagar Metro Stations in which cell phone, cash, gold ornaments etc. were snatched or robbed at gunpoint by using two old Bajaj Chetak Scooters. They are found to be involved in more than 100 incidents of snatching in the capital city and Gurgaon. 130 snatched cell phones, robbed wrist watches, one I-10 car, three scooters, two courtry made loaded pistols have so far been recovered.

ACCUSED ARRESTED:

1. Arif age 24 years, s/o Asgar Malik; 2. Imran age 25 years s/o Ahshan ; 3. Gulfam age 22 years s/o Islamuddin; 4. Nissar age 29 years s/o Iliyas, all residents of Colony near Bari Masjid Village Pasonda, Sahibabad, Delhi; 5. Yusuf age 37 years resident of Bhagirathi Vihar, PS. Gokulpuri; 6. Liyakat Ali age 42 years r/o Selampur, Delhi.

INCIDENT:

For the last few days several calls related to cell phone, cash and ornaments snatchings were received in police All the accused are so clever that they have been station Saket in which four scooter borne persons were intercepting committing crime for several months and have victims outside Saket and Malviya Nagar Metro stations and committed more than 100 incidents of snatching snatched/robbed of their cash, cell phone and other valuables. Many and robbery in the areas of Delhi and NCR, but cases in last three months were registered in the police station Saket. they have never been arrested earlier. The similar gang had also committed similar incidents in other parts of the city. The criminals always preferred two old Chetak two- wheeler scooters and committed crime between 7 A.M. to 9 A.M. except Friday and Sunday. The gang had also committed an incident of robbery near Saket Metro Station in which they intercepted one person and robbed Rs. 5000/- and cell phone. They further robbed a person of his cash, wrist watch, ring etc. from Metro Station, Saket. The passengers travelling in auto rickshaw were also made targets by these persons.

TEAM:

In order to nab this desperate gang that was committing incidents incessantly at a particular time and using a particular route, various team of the district were pressed into service including a strong team of police station Saket consisting of Inspr. Dharam Dev, SIs Arvind, Bharat Lal, Jitender Kashyap, ASI Shashi Kant, Makhan, Virender, HCs Satender, Tara Chand, Vinod, Randhawa, Suresh, They had purchased very expensive gifts for their Ajeet, Consts. Mast Ram, Jitender, Asgar, Prakash , Joginder , Lal Singh girl friends and planned to give them diamond and Mumtaz Ali under the supervision of Inspr. Rajender Singh, SHO/Saket jewellery on Valentine’s Day but their luck ran out and Sh. Mehar Singh, ACP/Hauz Khas. and they were arrested before they could celebrate the Valentine’s Day.

INVESTIGATION & ARREST:

The police team of Saket visited all the spots of crime and concluded following points:  The criminals were using old two wheeler scooters in most of the crime.

 They committed crime between 7 AM to 9 AM;

 They committed crime around Metro stations espcially Saket and Malviya Nagar;

 Aurbindo Marg was the main route taken by these criminals to come to South Delhi and Gurgaon;

 They were physically strong persons and used weapons if victim did not agree to divulge money;

 They ply scooters furiously and it was very difficult to intercept them at roads.

 At two occasions the police team surrounded them in traps laid but they managed to give slip to the police laying trap in the area;

The victims of crime were shown dossiers of criminals using similar modus-operandi but none was identified. Traps were also laid for the last two months regularly in the foggy cold but the entry and exit of criminals remained a mystery for the police. The cell phones snatched or robbed in the crime were never used in Delhi by the criminals to on 7.2.11 in the morning they met with an accident with a Honda City avoid police trap. The police team rounded up many car while fleeing after snatching a cell phone. Gulfam got his hand criminals of near by areas but no information fractured in this accident and Imran received injuries in his leg. On generated. The information was further developed and on a very precise tip off all the four members of the gang were arrested during the course of investigation of a snatching and robbery case registered at Police Station Saket Vide FIR No.296/10 u/s 379/356/34 IPC and 10/11 u/s 392/34 IPC from the outside of K.K. Mittal Hospital in Gaziabad on 7.02.2011 afternoon where they were getting medical treatment after they sustained injury in one incident of snatching of cell phone which they had committed in Gurgaon 6.2.11 morning only and got their legs fractured. One I-10 car was also recovered from them. A few dummy and snatched cell phones were also recovered at their instance. At their instance two scooters used in the crime were also recovered from the area near to Lado Sarai. They had concealed their fire arms in the scooters which were also recovered at their instances. Two cases of Arms Act vide FIR 50 & 51 were also registered against them for the recovery of firearms at their instances.

MODUS_OPERANDI:

On interrogation the arrested accused persons, it was revealed that they have committed more than 100 cases of snatchings and robberies in every nook and corner of the capital city and NCR. They disclosed of having committed the incidents in the following manner:

 They would start from their village Pasonda at around 6 AM on scooters and would reach to the targeted area in Delhi or in Gurgaon. They would commit two three incident in series and go back to their village through boarding Metro from any where leaving their scooters near to the Metro and leaving behind the weapon inside scooter to avoid any checking in Metro or on road.

 They preferred Aurbindo Marg while going to Gurgaon through Delhi and preferred morning hours when police picketing and presence on the road is lesser;

 They would reach back to their village around 11 AM and call the Receiver from Ghaziabad and hand over all the robbed/snatched articles to them and receive money.

 They would spend their time and money which they collected in crime (heist) by indulging in gambling the whole day in the village.  They have got a number of girl friends and meet them at food joints near Preet Vihar and lavishly spend money.

 They had purchased very expensive gifts for their girl friends and planned to give them diamond jewellery on Valentine’s Day but their luck ran out and they were arrested before they could celebrate the Valentine’s Day.

 They would not commit crime on Friday due to Friday prayer, and on Sunday due to holiday.

 They would keep weapons in their Scooters and use them when they actually come out to commit crime.

 They would park their scooters in the close vicinity of any of the Metro Stations in any of the congested streets of the colony and use Metro for travelling before and after the commission of crime.

 Sometime they would use scooters even for a long stretch from Pasonda to Gurgaon through Delhi.

 Receivers involved in the crime imported dummy and other phones through courier from Hongkong and the phones which they received from various criminals gangs usually sold to one main Receiver based in Indore.

They have disclosed that when they committed crime in Gurgaon area on 7.2.11 in the morning they met with an accident with a Honda City car while fleeing after snatching a cell phone. Gulfam got his hand fractured in this accident and Imran received injuries in his leg. On 7.2.11, after incident they parked their scooter in Lado Sarai area and called one of his other associates with I-10 car and went to Mittal hospital in Ghaziabad for treatment. The Saket police team reached there on a specific information received through a source and nabbed them and arrested them. Snatched cell phones of two incidents which they committed yesterday were recovered from their possession at the time of their arrest. Scooters and Two loaded country made pistols were recovered at their instance later on. 4 other cell phones have also been recovered at their instances in the raid conducted yesterday night in Pasonda village.

They have been committing crime for several months and have never been arrested earlier. They have disclosed to have committed more than 100 incidents in Delhi and NCR region and did not spare a day on which they did not commit a crime. Money had been spent in gambling and excursion with girl friends. They were taken on Police Custody Remand and two of their receivers namely

Yusuf and Liyakat have also been arrested in the morning 10.2.2011 from Seelampur and Gokulpuri area and robbed and snatched property sold to them have also been recovered. New Delhi area, Rohini, Karol Bagh, Civil Lines, Anand Vihar, Shahdara, Gurgaon, Mehrauli, R.K. Puram, Vasant Kunj, Malviya Nagar, Hauz Khas etc. etc. have been the areas in past in which they had committed incidents. The areas near Metro Stations have specifically been affected with their activities.

RECOVERY:

1. One I-10 car; 2. Three Scooters used in commission of Crime; 3. Two loaded pistols; 4. 130 snatched/robbed/Dummy cell phones; 5. Robbed wrist watch;

Further investigation is in progress and efforts are being made to connect the recovered phones from the incidents which they committed.

With the arrest of (1) Bijender @ Vicky, aged 23 years s/o Bhadra Singh r/o Bapa Nagar, Delhi; (2) Ranjit Singh @ Lucky @ Judy, aged 25 years s/o Prem Singh r/o E-Block, Mangol Puri, Delhi and (3) Naveen Kumar, aged 26 years s/o Bhupender Kumar Soni r/o Anand Parbat, Delhi, the Central District police has solved a case of House Theft committed in the area of Police Station Prasad Nagar in November, 2010. Stolen booty has also been recovered from their possession.

INCIDENT One Murari Tiwari s/o Baleshwar Tiwari r/o Pyare Lal Road, Bapa Nagar, Delhi reported that on 13.11.10 at about 3:30 AM, he along with wife had gone to bank of river Yamuna at ITO for having taking a dip on the occasion of ‘Chhath Puja’ leaving behind his children sleeping in the house. When they come back, they found the locks of their almirah open and also found gold/silver jewellery and cash Rs. 3000/- stolen. Consequently, a case vide FIR No. 164/10 u/s 380 IPC was registered at PS Prasad Nagar and investigation was taken up.

TEAM & INVESTIGATION A joint team consisting of (1) Inspr. Satender Mohan I/C Spl. Staff, SI Yogender, ASI Gajender, ASI Rameshwar, Ct. Satbir and (2) ASI Puran Chand, Ct. Dhara Singh, Ct. Prem Pardhan, Ct. Rakesh Kumar was constituted under the supervision of Inspr. Narender Tyagi SHO/Prasad Nagar.

Several sources were deployed in the area and local intelligence was gathered. On 07.02.11, a secret information was received that one Bijender @ Vicky is involved in this incident who would come near MCD School, Pyare Lal Road. The police team swung into action and laid a trap around MCD School. At the instance of informer, one person was apprehended by the police team whose identity was disclosed as Bijender @ Vicky r/o Bapa Nagar, Delhi.

INTERROGATION He was subjected to sustained interrogation and he confessed about his involvement in the above incident. He further disclosed that he resides in the neighbourhood of the complainant and was aware that the complainant would go for taking a dip at river Yamuna on the occasion of ‘Chhath Puja’. He took advantage of the same and committed the theft of jewellery articles from the almirah along with his associate Ranjit Singh @ Lucky. Thereafter, they sold the stolen jewellery to one Naveen Kumar (a goldsmith of Bapa Nagar). Accused Ranjit Singh and Naveen Kumar were also apprehended. Cash Rs. 30,000/- and stolen gold & silver jewellery articles were recovered from their possession.

Further investigation is in progress to recover the remaining booty and to unearth the other previous involvements of the accused.

PROFILE (1) Bijender @ Vicky, aged 23 years s/o Bhadra Singh r/o Bapa Nagar, Delhi is illiterate. He remained in judicial custody in a murder case of PS DBG Road where he met Ranjit Singh and they planned to commit thefts after their release from jail. In Feb. 2010, he went out from jail and committed this crime. (2) Ranjit Singh @ Lucky @ Judy, aged 25 years s/o Prem Singh r/o E-Block, Mangol Puri, Delhi is illiterate. He earns his livelihood through pick-pocketing and thefts. He is previously involved in three cases of burglary and thefts of PS Prasad Nagar. He joined hands with Bijender @ Vicky after their release from jail. (3) Naveen Kumar, aged 26 years s/o Bhupender Kumar Soni r/o Anand Parbat, Delhi runs a jewellery shop in Bapa Nagar, Delhi. He purchased the stolen jewellery from accused persons at cheap price.

NOTORIOUS ROBBER-CUM-EXTORTIONIST ARRESTED : KIDNAPPING OF SON OF A RENOWNED BUSINESSMAN OF SOUTH DELHI PREVENTED

South District Police has arrested a notorious robber-cum-extortionist and prevented kidnapping of the son of a renowned businessman of South Delhi. Mobile phones and Sim Cards used in commission of offence have been recovered.

The accused is also involved in six more cases of robberies and snatching in different police stations and has been declared Proclaimed Offender in four of these cases. The accused is smart enough to evade the entire judicial system and once out on bail, he used to change his address and never turned up to any Court or police next time, resulting in getting himself declared P.O. in almost every case he had been arrested and released on bail. He is also an expert in changing his voice according to the profile of his victim to threaten him and to mislead the investigating agencies.

INVESTIGATION, TEAM & ARREST:

INTERROGATION:

On interrogation, it was revealed that accused Uttam Jeet Singh @ Boby is a notorious robber, snatcher apart from being a gambler and drunkard. Due to these bad habits, his father had deserted him from his property which made him hand to mouth to run his basic needs. In order to meet expenses on various indulgences, he resorted to the crime and started committing robberies and snatching. About a month ago he took his father’s Ford Endeavour SUV from his residence at DLF Gurgaon without his consent and mortgaged the vehicle to his friend and borrowed Rs. 1.25 lac from him. AUTO-LIFTER ARRESTED : SIX CASES OF AUTO LIFTING SOLVED

With the arrest of Md. Jahngir @ Bittoo s/o Md. Aslam R/o H.No. 52 Sarai Kale Khan, New Delhi aged 21 years, AATS/South-East District has solved six cases of auto-lifting and recovery of four cars and two m/cycles has been affected

INVESTIGATION: In order to prevent the increased incidents of auto theft in South- East District, a team of AATS/ South East Distt was constituted headed by SI Ajai Kumar Yadav consisting of SI Shabuddin, Consts. Vipin No. 702/SE, Deepchand No. 3246/SE and Ravinder No. 1795/SE under the supervision of Sh. Virender Kalia ACP/Ops. to develop intelligence regarding such criminals operating in the district. On 9.2.11 at 7:30 PM the team was performing vehicle checking at Captain Gaur Marg near Okhla Mandi where SI Ajai Kumar received secret information that an auto-lifter might come near old bus stand gate Sarai Kale Khan with stolen vehicle. The information was further developed and surveillance was made around that area. During checking Md. Jahangir mentioned above was apprehended with M/Cycle Bajaj Platina No. DL-8S AM 3458.

INTERROGATION & MODUS OPERANDI

On sustained interrogation the accused Md. Jahngir @ Bittoo disclosed that he is in the habit of stealing cars and m/cycles from the residential area for joy and ride and left these stolen vehicles abandoned where found them un used due to any fault or lack of fuel.
