Major Responsibility: Project Planning: . Carry out pre-engineering survey of the various project sites. Evaluate and finalise the route for the Piping and pipeline based on pre-engineering survey . Analyse construction drawings, specifications, proposals and other documentation to assist in the preparation of time, cost, and labour estimates for all phases of a project . Consult with clients, vendors or other individuals to discuss and formulate estimates . Preparing the Project budget as well as annual budget . Prepare/Review Detailed Project Plan including schedule in MS Project, Quality Plan, SHE Plan, Mobilization Plan, Material Management Plan . Working out resource requirement as to fulfil the construction schedule to complete ahead of schedule . Review and finalise the scope of work for tender including designs, drawings, site information and any other technical aspects for steel pipeline, piping ,PE Pipeline and PNG Installations . Analyse pre-contract correspondence vis-a-vis contract and resolve grey areas, if any, in the contract . Evaluation of contractors & vendors, preparation of comparison, selection of contractors & vendors Project Execution: . Coordinating with Commercial and Safety department, Contractors and Inspection agencies for Kick of the Project . Liaison with statutory authority and customer for all matters relate to project including overall progress, permissions, approval of documents, obligation and progress . Ensure smooth construction at site with seamless coordination with contractors, vendors, Inspection agencies, authorities and internal stake holders . Lead and manage performance of all activities related to the execution of construction work including contract administration, planning and cost control, manpower, materials and equipment management, office management, safety management .
