Steve and Bev Paulsen, Barb Hartley, Terry and Diane Boyd, Gordon and Loydeen Van Sickle and Terry and Judy Kos were among those from Henry that attended the Daniel Rorvik and Michelle Fales wedding at Canby, MN and the reception at Ghent, MN on Saturday.

Arlen, Joan and Stephanie Boehnke attended Henry’s commencement on Saturday and several of the receptions later. John Boehnke joined them later in the day.

Myron and Diane Eidsness attended Harrisburg’s graduation and a reception on Saturday in honor of their nephew, Tyler Pickles.

Danny and Bonita Sharp treated Arlene Sharp to dinner on Friday evening in Henry in honor of Mother’s Day.

Alyssa Rhody of Clear Lake and Roxanne Geiger enjoyed lunch out in Watertown on Monday.

Lori Page attended the 80th birthday celebration for aunt, Loretta Larson in Clark on Saturday.

Stephanie Nelson arrived back in South Dakota from her Oklahoma home to spend some time. She, along with her sister Shannon Baxter and family, and her friend Mauri Terla and Sean of California spent Mother’s Day with Joan Warnock.

Sharon Paulson of Pierre, Agnes Opdahl of Hayti and Cokey Johnson were Sunday dinner guests at the Ron and Jennifer Briggs’ home at Lake Pelican.

Enjoying Mother’s Day dinner at the Monty and Marcia Montgomery home were Helen Van Sickle, Troy, Sandy and Taylor Van Sickle and Bob Van Sickle of Watertown and Gordon and Loydeen Van Sickle. Linda Page of Watertown and Shauna, CaLeigh and Macey Lane joined the families for supper.

Doris Coyle was a Saturday evening supper guest at the Steve and Bernie Coyle home in Watertown. Additional guests were Lester and Lois McGillivary and Terry and Brenda German and family all of Watertown.

Donna Kittelson along with several other friends and relatives attended a surprise birthday party for Kathy Wookey in Clark on Monday evening. On Saturday evening, Floyd and Donna Kittelson attended another surprise party for Kathy at the Tom Wookey farm near Clark. Kayla Parsons of Philip and Eric Bastian of Spearfish arrived Thursday at the Ron and Peggy Bastian home to attend Emily’s graduation. They returned to their homes on Sunday. Matt Bastian of Milbank arrived on Friday. Matt returned to his home on Sunday and Clay Bastian of Kansas City, MO returned to his home on Tuesday after spending several days at the home of his parents.

Betty Keyes of Clark and Bonita Sharp attended the Mother’s Day luncheon at the Garden City Methodist Church on Saturday.

Vickie Burchatz was a Thursday afternoon visitor of Donna Kittelson.

Roxanne Geiger visited Sally Luvaas on Thursday.

Cherie Jans was a Tuesday caller at the home of Joan Warnock and Marcia Montgomery was a Wednesday caller.

Arlen, John and Stephanie Boehnke treated Joan to dinner out in Henry for Mother’s Day.

Terry and Judy Kos were Sunday dinner guests at the Brian and Kathy DeJong home in Watertown.

Dave and Jackie McNeil of Warner spent the weekend at the Floyd and Donna Kittelson home.

Doris Coyle spent the weekend at the Veryl and Sandy Hoftiezer home in Watertown. Additional Mother’s Day dinner guests at the Hoftiezer home were Lucy Hoftiezer, Nate, Jackie and Elizabeth Lake and Rick Hoftiezer all of Watertown.

Eevi Prahl of Sioux Falls and Elizabeth Larsen, Baylor, Maria and Rayne of Murdo were Friday overnight guests at the Myron and Diane Eidsness home.

Tim Page attended the Lake Area Vocational School graduation on Friday evening.

Steph Nelson of Sallisaw, OK visited Rene’ Severson of Watertown and Kathy Larson of rural Clark in Henry on Saturday evening.

Rod and Cherie Jans and boys attended Willow Lake’s graduation and a reception later at the Brad and Lorie Terhark home.

Terry Kos attended funeral services for a cousin, Jim Backman in Minneapolis on Thursday.

Dinner guests at the Troy and Nicky Watson home Sunday in honor of Mother’s Day and Danny’s birthday were Danny and Bonita Sharp and Joe, Nicole and Karli Sharp. Fain and Roxanne Geiger visited Roxanne’s parents, Louis and Mardella Gortmaker in Miller on Sunday.

Sunday dinner guests at the home of Steph Raasch were Diane York of Watertown, Chad York, Fort Pierre, Jerry, Ardis and Eric Raasch, Castlewood, Anita Thrun of Waubay, Doug Schoepp and Calvin and Lois Schoepp.

Donna Kittelson attended the graduation receptions for Dixie Kittelson at Hayti, Travis Lewandowski at Vienna and Katie Smith at Hazel following graduation exercises at Hamlin High School.

Chris Soderlund and daughter, Tabatha of Minneapolis visited his parents, Mark and Arlet Soderlund over the weekend. The families celebrated Mother’s Day.

Jerry and Carol O’Neill and Josh and Katie O’Neill attended the graduation reception for Lisa O’Neill in Sioux Falls on Saturday. Lisa graduated from USD.

Mother’s Day supper guests at the Adam and Laci Harley home were George and Lavonne Selchert of South Shore, Chad and Amy Redlin and girls, Bonnie Redlin, Lee Sutton, Jenna Hartley and Wade Redline of Watertown, Savanna Wieck of Wheaton, MN, Lori Hartley of Nunda, Anna Hartley of Garden City and Lynn and Barb Hartley.

Floyd and Donna Kittelson attended First Communion Services Sunday at Good Hope Lutheran Church at Willow Lake for Savanna Hovde and Lane Hovde. Later Floyd treated Donna to Mother’s Day dinner in Watertown.

Irene Redmond attended the graduation reception for Jared Paulson on Saturday. On Thursday evening, Irene enjoyed attending the Henry High School Spring Concert.

Arlen Swedeen was a Sunday dinner guest at the Boyd Joens home.

The Redmond and Martenson families treated the mothers out to dinner Sunday in Watertown. Those enjoying the dinner were Dave and Carissa Quale and Maria of Volga, Jeff and Kathy Quale of Summit, Dennis and Barb Martenson, Lisa and Joey, Rodger and Diann Redmond and boys, and Pat and Irene Redmond
