We would like to invite you to participate in the 3rd Annual Maryland’s Top Crab Cake Challenge to be held in the ballroom at Michael’s Eighth Ave in Glen Burnie, Md. There will be 10-12 restaurants competing to see who makes the best crab cakes in Maryland. There will also be competitions for crab soup and local brew so if you serve those items, you can offer them also. There will be a Casino Night, a DJ, an Interactive Photo Booth, a Silent Auction to benefit the Red Devils Organization to support breast cancer patients in Maryland and 75-80 local booth exhibitors. It’s going to be a big, fun promotional event. See below for complete details.

Details We supply the tables, linens, chairs and access to power. You may bring several people to work the booth for you. You can set your area up as a display booth for your business including pull up banners, table drape, marketing brochures, hand-outs, etc. You can also gather people’s information for follow up with them after the event or to add them to your email newsletter or text message program. You hand out a sample of your crab cake and/or soup (you determine the size) to each attendee that comes to your booth and they will move on to the next competitor. The attendees vote for their favorite and at the end of the event, we will tally the votes and announce the top 3 at the Networking Reception in the Outdoor Patio Garden. We are expecting 300-400 people but there will be Pork BBQ and other food at the event so not everyone there will be eating crab cakes. Ravens Super Fan, Captain DeeFense will be on hand for photo ops and social media posting.

Prizes Awards will be given out to the top three finishers in the competition including a giant wooden crab (14” x 24” +/-) for the winner to hang on the wall at their establishment. It will have an engraved plaque on it declaring them as the winner of the 3rd Annual Maryland’s Top Crab Cake Challenge with the company name and date of the event. We will also publish the top 3 on our website as well as in a press release.
