Individuals with Asperger’s, high functioning autism, PDD, NOS, Nonverbal learning disabilities and other social communication disorders often experience additional symptoms associated with various diagnostic categories. Sometimes the symptoms are significant enough to warrant formal co-morbid diagnoses which may require equal if not more attention in the ongoing treatment process and daily functioning of the individual. This workshop will review the symptoms and criteria for the most commonly experienced co-morbid disorders and examine various treatment options.
