Partners : 08.00–09.30 AM : Buffet breakfast Board meeting attendance or free time in the morning. Opportunity to go to the city centre by tramway. Tramway stop “ lycée Kleber » 10 min to go to « Place de l’homme de fer ». Line B direction Lingolsheim 12.30 PM : Seated lunch

02.00 PM : Departure to the hopfields - visit in Wingersheim. A small train strolls through the hopfields with comments in French, German and English. Film broadcast followed by a beer tasting, 05.30 PM : Return to the hotel 07.00 PM : Departure to Gala diner at Brumath. Closing speech from the congress

From midnight onwards : Transfer back to the hotel (3 transfers organised, last one at 2 AM)

DAY 3 : WEDNESDAY AUGUST 5th 2009 Between 8 and 9 AM : Buffet breakfast From 09.30 AM : 3 shuttles at intervals to city centre Gutenberg square. Participants must be in front of the Cathedral at 09.45 AM to attend the train visit of Strasbourg (comments in different languages). Visits start at 10 AM – 10.20 AM – 10.40 AM. Visit lasts 40min Free time at the Cathedral square until lunch

12.30 AM : Lunch at Kammerzell

02.30 PM : Walk to embankment. 03.00 PM: Departure of first fly boat. Visit lasts 70 min 03.15 PM: Second fly boat departs.

04.30 PM: Free time in the old Strasbourg for last minute shopping. 05.45 PM: Walk to the restaurant « l’Ancienne Douane ». 06.00 PM: Diner drinks included.

07H30 PM : Bus transfer with luggage to Strasbourg train station
