Project

Theme: A school complex for specialization from the basic education

Statements of needs

- Need to develop vocational behavior from the childhood; for it is better for a child to adapt to a certain habit than for an adult to change habit;

- Need in skills development; for many graduates in Cameroon are not able to use their knowledge practically due to lack of practical or vocational training.

- Need in vocational training and self employment. For 95% of graduates in Cameroon still need to undergo a vocational training in other to be able to do something, therefore youth are just waiting for government to employ.

Purpose of the project:

Promotion of educational system in Cameroon and in Africa by putting in place a complex of vocational bilingual school from primary to university through secondary and high school.

Project description

We are in a situation where 95% of graduates in Cameroon are still waiting for government to employ them; when they wait for long with no solutions, they start using fraud in order to have a post; this is one of the reasons why corruption is increasing day after day in Cameroon. Also, when there is no possibility to fraud and have a post, many will decide to travel out of country knowing that the best is out. For this reason, 20% of student in school are already preparing their documents to travel out of country. Then, the other classes of people that have no money for fraud or to travel are becoming scammers, Moto bike rider, drug dependent user, prostitutes and many other deviants that we could find in our community. To better reduce or even stop these phenomena, we are putting in place a system of vocational training from primary three to university. Every child will be trained in a particular vocation according to his psychological development and his passion.

Goal

Developing skills and promoting self employment, by putting in place a complex school of specialization.

Objectives:

 Buy a plot of at least 5000mxm.

 Building 24 classrooms and dormitories and equipment for the Primary section.

 Get a farm of at least 1ha from the neighboring village for the agricultural department.

 Building the secondary and high school sections

 Building the higher section.

 Make arrangement with local vocational companies for internship.

 Radio announcement and qualified staff recruitment.

Expected outcome

- The direct beneficiaries of this project are firstly the orphans, then all other children from 5 years old.

- The indirect beneficiaries are all the populations of Cameroon an Africa.

- After two years, the areas of different practice will increase the food and solve many other needs.

- Five years after, students will be able to carry out primary activities in their various domains. - Ten years later, many companies will be open by graduates;

- Fifteen years later, we will achieve sustain development.

The executive summary

We are in a situation where 95% of graduates in Cameroon and in Africa are still waiting for government to employ them; when they wait for long with no solutions, they start using fraud in order to have a post; this is one of the reasons why corruption is increasing day after day in Cameroon and in Africa. Also, when there is no possibility to fraud and to have a post, many will decide to travel out of country knowing that the best is out. For this reason, 20% of student in school are already preparing their documents for immigration thinking that the best is out. Then, the other classes of population that have no money for fraud or to travel are becoming scammers, Moto bike rider, drug dependent user, prostitutes and many other deviants that we could find in our community; also, whenever some even have job, they have no job experiences. So, the base needs are: skills discovery and developments, jobs creation self employment and creating of companies encouragements. Therefore, creating a school based on vocational training from the childhood will better address the needs and reduce or even stop these phenomena; we are putting in place a complex of school on vocational training from primary three to university, based on agriculture, mine and industrialization. Every child will be trained in a particular vocation according to his psychological development and his passion. Our project is going to take five years but the impact will start from the first year because many youth will be staffs in the different level of the project, solving therefore need of employment. The school complex is going to be realized in two main parts, meaning why the first part will have three stages. It will consist of building the structures, equipment and evaluation. This part will coast 330 000 000 CFa fr. The second part will consist of carrying out the secondary and university buildings, admissions and evaluations. Once the complex of school put in place, all the youth will be vocationally trained in school and every graduate will be able for self employed and even employ others. Certificates will be issued by the ministries of Educations and ministry of employment and vocational training.
