TO: All Members of the Executive Potential Program Alumni Association

FROM: Mike O’Connor, Class of 2003 President of the Executive Potential Program Alumni Association

The Executive Potential Program Alumni Association (EPPAA) Board of Directors is in the process of planning the first EPPAA Reunion to be held in June or July on a Saturday afternoon in the Washington, D.C. Metropolitan Area. This event will provide us with an opportunity to network with past and present program participants, share information about the EPPAA, brainstorm about future events, catch up with friends, and have a great time together! Family members will be invited as well!! As a theme to the event we will invite you to bring a book that has meant a lot to you in your career or life in general to share with another attendee. Potential sites that we are investigating are Rock Creek Park, Fort McNair and Fort Myers, and Bolling Air Force Base. If anyone has other sites that they feel would work well please pass them along.

Please respond via e-mail to michael.o’[email protected] by COB on Tuesday May 25th whether or not you would be interested in attending such an event. Based on your feedback we will look further into providing a caterer for the event and food will be provided to EPPAA members free of charge. Family members, current EPP participants, and past EPP Graduates would be charged a fee to attend.

We apologize to those members of the EPPAA who do not live and work in the Washington, D.C. metro area. It is not our intention to exclude you and we are making every effort to encourage the development of EPPAA events in other areas of the country.

As always, I also encourage you to visit the EPPAA website to learn more about the EPPAA and our current activities. The address is http://www.usda.gov/da/EPPAA. If you would like additional information, or would like to provide feedback on EPPAA efforts to date, please contact me at (202) 720-8846. We welcome your comments and suggestions.
